Gorgeous, immaculate condo. Comfortable, spacious & beautifully decorated. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. Breathtaking views from this large top floor balcony of amazing Hawaiian sunsets. Beach, pools & hot tubs top notch. Professional, help, friendly staff. Loved it all!

It's a lovely location—a calm bay for swimming with kids. The restaurants on the property were delicious. Nearby shopping and restaurants are within a 5-minute drive.

Very crowded pool areas. Not enough Cabanas or umbrellas at the beach. Booking system to secure aforementioned difficult to navigate.

Great property. Ideal for relaxing time. Beach, hot tubs, and swimming pools well maintained. Only con is that they are working on the large pool so that was not available.

Our unit was clean but very shabby and dated in decor & amenities. The view disappointing. The washing line in the bathroom didn’t even reach across the tub so was useless.
Landscaping quite lovely, very clean beaches & lagoons with plenty of room for solitude if desired.
Dining options could be better. We preferred to dine off site where quality/variety of menus/food and shopping were much better.

The hotel towers are REALLY spread out and inconvenient. The hotel is actually a time share community and a little old. The lagoon is really nice and a calm safe place for swimming.
The rooms are not sound proof at all, so you can hear people in the next room clearly which is really annoying. The balconies are really small. I would not stay here again.

The resort is nice but the staff at the market are unpleasant. Asking for an empty coffee cup is a big deal and the server insisted on giving me a water plastic cup to use for hot coffee. Even offering and paying $0.80 for is a big deal. Service at the Four Seasons next door is way better.

One of the best properties in the Ko Olina area. The room amenities surpassed my expectations, safe and clean area to walk.

The room is not as described. The property should take down the "mountain view" description when there's no view at all! It was not worth paying $464/night with a garage view! I felt decieved because my reservation says mountain view. I tried to talk to someone why i have a garage view instead of a mountain view and i was told "its not mountain view but rather mountain side" so i went back to my reservation to double check and it clearly says "mountain view". So the room description on their website is a total lie.

A beautiful property but for me it was a bit confusing getting around. Not sure there is a better way but clearer signage in elevators could be a start. We spent lots of time going in and out of elevators trying to find the right floor for parking and other things. The lagoons were very nice as were pools. All staff were very nice.

Beautiful place to stay, lovely room and accommodating staff. My only complaint we paid for a partial ocean view and we barely could see the ocean we had a view of the pool they were remodeling that was disappointing but we would stay here again it’sa very nice place

Beautiful resort, the beach and lagoon are amazing. Food was good. Only thing we didn’t like is we reserved a Mountain View room and ended up being put on the parking level floor below ground with no view at all. Other than that it was a great stay

Second time staying here and each time was nothing less than amazing. The stuff is great, the bar by the pool has amazing drinks. Perfect for kids or if you just want to relax.

First I payed extra for a ocean view and I was put on the 4th floor facing a pool under construction. I was told it is ocean side of the hotel and that is what you get. They don’t allow late checkout so they give you a temporary pass for the locker room but that is being remodeled with the pool so we where told to change on the public bathroom. For the money this is not an accommodating place.

Gorgeous location. Amazing Sunsets, calm inlet (great for Kids), nice strand to walk, a fair number of Restaurants and a nice Golf Course 5 minutes away.

Everything about this hotel was great: beautiful rooms, clean and unique, wonderful beach, friendly staff and a perfect location! They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. We are coming back next year again!

Access to multiple pools and a private beach. Areas were clean. Staffs were attentive and friendly. Location was a bit remote with a short drive to nearby grocery stores.

We love the coves. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and acomadating.

It was so much fun! 3 different pools! The costumer service is so good. Everyone is so nice. We used the beautiful outdoor grills to BBQ! Our Granddaughter turned 2 on this stay. She loved it. Has a shallow sand area for her to play. They have a slide so dark and fun!!

Be warned - poor value for the money. extremely expensive for a mountain view which is really a view of the parking lot on the 2nd floor. I called both expedia and the hotel directly with no action on this misrepresentation. Facilities are nice but not worth the $ - go to Disney nextdoor for a better setup overall.

I loved my stay. I slept so good because it was so quiet. I loved the feeling there...it was so calm. The beach was so close. I loved the umbrella sets. Swimming at the pool was so much fun, too. The property was so beautiful. I loved everything about staying there and can't wait to return!
