Great place. Everything we needed including beach towels and coolers and umbrellas. The staff was very accommodating. Parking spot was tiny and inaccessible, but others were empty so we used them. We had two centipedes and some flying cockroaches visit us, but that wasn’t about cleanliness, just the reality of the area. Would return!

Stayed 10 days and overall very nice and enjoyable. It is a bit dated but very comfortable with everything you need. Seems to be more of a family spot. We enjoyed watching all of the young families at the pool. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Golf is right there and clubhouse restaurant was excellent.

place to stay in the big island. Awesome condo, clean modern and close to everything you need. The area is a good place on the island. Weather there is the best for the area. Sunny and nice.

Well equipped, and clean condo (we got a three BR, two level) with sliders to back patio table and recliners overlooking beautiful surrounding grounds, a golf course (which our family golfers said was great), a community infinity pool/jacuzzi a short walk away, small open air gym and bbq area with 6 grills for use near the pool area. Only issue was transportation to condo from check-in office in shopping center which is within 5 minute walking distance, but difficult if walking with luggage. Best to have a rental car for this property. Parking is convenient and our assigned space was right outside the front door of the condo. The nearby Kings and Queens markets shopping centers are a short walk away and included grocery store, sports equipment rental shops, gift shops, restaurants, designer clothing, art & jewelry, and the most amazing shaved ice. Also a nice beach a short drive away (5 min.). The property was quiet, the loudest thing is the sound of birds in the mornings which is an amazing way to wake up! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family members here and will not hesitate to return to this location in the future!

I stayed 10 nights at this property.
Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests.
It was a pleasure going to the pool and jacuzzi. There are a good number of Bbqs in good condition and kept clean.
Location is great, close to the A-Bay beach and walking distance except when is is very shot and sunny. Then it's better to go by car. Condo is also walking distance to numerous shops at King's Mall and Queen's Marketplace.
Patio was overlooking the golf course and provided a quiet and serene view. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and fully furnished condo, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

AC was intermittent in our unit for a couple nights but otherwise fantastic place.

We stayed at ground floor unit:
- as we arrived the code we were provided did not open the lock with the key from the unit.
-the kitchen sink was plugged on the 1st day ( was repaired next day)
- we were locked out twice from our unit due to the malfunction of deadbolt.
- we had only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we checked in and had to go to the management office to ask for more
- kitchen had all necessary things but we would suggest the owner to buy a few new pots since a couple of them looked very old. Same with kitchen towels.
- the mattress is very old and uncomfortable, it is time for upgrade.
- would be great to have extra blankets, or at least one for cooler nights
- the unit was cleaned ok but not super clean, specifically floor.
- the TV in the bedroom never worked
- the manager and staff of the property was very friendly, helpful to solve the problems but we would not stay in this particular unit again.

Everything about vacation property was top notch! Clean, quiet, well equipped, nice pool, and great location. Lots of good eateries within walking distance. Aloha Wine Bar (attached to Island Gourmet) is a hidden gem! Will definitely stay there again!

Nice property in a nice, well kept community. Fairway Villas is not a resort, but a community with privately owned condos. The short term condos scattered amongst private vacation homes or more permanent residences are best suited for families that wish a peaceful dwelling.
No housekeeping, towel or bedlinnen changes included, you get a set per resident at arrival. The inhouse "classic US" GE laundry machine worked as quickly and poorly as expected, but it helped us keeping towels and sweaty t-shirts in ok condition.

All in all it was a nice place to stay. Plenty of room, lots of amenities and it was really quiet. There was some areas that could’ve used a good cleaning..the cabinet doors were pretty gross. But that being said, it really is a nice property…nice golf course view. Easy check in, easy check out.

The property was secluded and had a great pool and hot tub! There was a grilling area of around 6 bbq’s which was very handy. The only big drawback was that every morning at 5:30 am on the dot, the riding lawn mowers would pass through and wake me up. They had bright lights on their mowers that shined into the condo and the motors were very loud. Our u it overlooked the golf course. Who knew that a golf course green has to be mown ever day? Besides that, the place was great!

Great location near shops and the beach. The property management team was easy to contact and it was easy to pick up keys. Loved the condo, which was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the golf course.

Property is perfect but the room is worn. Shower cabin is very narrow and small (I'm 5.11 /175 lbs). Pillows are very bad and cheap like those from Walmart. Service is terrible. I have found that my TV is not working. Was never fixed. Also everything is NO. On the positive note : view is beautiful and birds are singing in the morning. Nice refragirator and stove.

The grounds and landscaping were very nice and well maintained. In the room we had a refrigerator that leaked water from the ice maker and made constant messes. In addition the dishwasher soap compartment latch was broken and resulted in less than clean dishes coming out of the dishwasher. There was a property manager on site who we asked for assistance but was unhelpful, simply stating that he “doesn’t work for Outrigger and couldn’t help us”.

Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes very well. Furniture (beds) are old and some need replacement. Rest of furniture was fine. All of this was taken note of by the reception at checkout, they will probably look into it. Beautiful village with outdoor pool and semioutdoor gym, perfect vacation. Shopping and restos and small beach nearby. Grocery at the nearby shops. Will definitely come back, but maybe a different unit in better condition.

Loved staying here. We’ll definitely be back. If you like to just stay at a resort to golf, swim, etc., this place has all the amenities to do so. We explored most of the island and this was a great place to come home to. For cooking, you will need to buy your own condiments/oil/seasoning, just as an FYI.

Our condo was really beautiful, spacious, and quiet. This is a fantastic place for a family vacation, a golf vacation, or a plain old Hawai’i vacation. All buildings are immaculate, the pool is super nice, the open air gym is a plus, and the grounds are just beautiful! Stayed for a week, and didn’t want to leave.

They upgraded me because the AC wasn’t working in the original unit. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable. Two pools, not crowded. Next to Queens and King marketplaces. Small fitness center, but good enough. I like that you can cook your own meals and not have to pay to go out every night.

A great condo. They even supplied beach stuff , which we loved. The condo was perfect for 4. We had a king with 2 twins and 2 bathrooms. The pool was nice. Bbq area was great. Met a lot of people this way. Nice view of the golf course not very busy. Kitchen was big and had most things. Only few things missing - seasonings of any kind didn’t even have salt and pepper. No Ziplock bags.

Location is great, but some of the units are getting very tired. Twin beds were uncomfortable and TV's were old and didn't even get very many stations. Blinds on door wouldn't fully retract. The unit was clean when we arrived, but there is no further cleaning until after we leave. We were particularly offended by the $200+ cleaning fee for only 4 nights.
