The hotel was very nice and the staff was fantastic. The rooms are a little outdated but clean and cozy.

The breakfast was really good and all you can eat.

My family stayed here for a weekend. Clean hotel, could use some updating. The staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was great and staff kept the food filled and fresh. Would stay here again!

Old and outdated needs updating

We stayed here one night for our son’s ball tournament and it was nice. The clerk at the desk was nice but not helpful. Breakfast was a train wreck. It seemed like nobody told the staff that the hotel was full so food was scarce BUT they were trying to get food out as quick as possible. Our room was clean. The AC was not able to compete with the 100° weather thankfully we had a box fan. The pillows are flat so if you want neck support, bring your own. Overall it was still a good stay. The boys played in the pool, we used the grill (bring your own utensils) and we used the gym. All were nice.

I liked the clean simplicity of the hotel!

The room needed some repairs

The air conditioning was only working in the lobby. The hallways were 81 degrees, and very humid. The room "window unit" was working, but could not keep up to cool the room very much. Not a real comfortable stay. The man at the front counter, I think his name was Marvis, he did all he could do, but the equipment at the hotel would not cooperate. He called maintenance and the manager and could not reach either one. Breakfast was something to eat, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Everything was fine, I don’t mind staying again. But I did tell them the Carpet in our room was Filthy and needed to be cleaned or replaced. We don’t generally on the first floor and I guess I’m wishing we had not, because of the carpet in that room. I just hope our Socks will come clean.

The bed mattress was terrible. Didn't sleep well

Handicapped bathroom floor was very slippery and we had to put towels on the floor for fear that we might slip. Also, the tile in the shower area had dark marks in the grout the looked like mold. Just needed a little bleaching. Oh, the small refrigerator made a loud noise when the compressor activated. Kept waiting us up. I unplugged it and solved the problem.

We had a roach running on the bed, and the check-in took over 3.5 hours—a horrible experience. I have a video of the cockroach running for his life on the bed sheet.

The carpeted floors felt gross. I had to lay the towels down like rugs. There were questionable brown spots on the walls, thick layer of dust on the balance above the window. The ac unit probably needs a new air filter because it smelled like dirty socks. All the lamps started flickering randomly. Wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel had a 9/10 rating which is so far from the truth. It smelled like a hospital in the 2 rooms we tried, a medicinal smell which, to me, is indicative of trying to hide something. We went down to ask for a different room because the length of our first room stunk and was sporting a crack which was clearly unsuccessfully patched over the bed with chucks of paint and whatever patch they attempted to use hanging over us. The desk clerk says, “Oh gosh, I’m sorry about that. Let me find you a room with a different housekeeper.” I’m like, it’s way beyond housekeeping. We get to the 2nd room and same smell, mirror missing off the wall, something in the bottom of the bathtub, a run away grape on the ground, a/c not cooling etc. Needless to say, I kept my shoes on when walking on the carpet and used a t-shirt as a pillow case just to get through the night and get the heII outta there! Yuck. Never again. We use Hampton Inn frequently and have never had an experience like that. That property desperately needs attention.

No ice on 1st or 2nd floor. 3rd floor has CE machine worked but had black trash in ice. Had to go to 4th floor (we were on 1st) to get clean ice. Bathroom floor was dangerously slick. Took a long line to get hot water in shower, only like warm in sink. Also got tired of having to switch off of CNN every time we turned on TV. Bad choice for a default channel. Marvy & lady at checkout were as gracious & helpful as possible.

The third floor hallway and my first room had a strong musty mildew smell. I found lots of hair and a few stains on my bed sheets when I opened the bed up. In my first room I had two queen beds. The first bed the sheets were already wrinkled & not tightly made like the other - this is the one that had the most hair on it. The first room was also extremely musty smelling. When I moved to my upgraded room at 302 there continued to be hair throughout the room and stains on the sheets. There was also black fuzzy mold in the shower which made it look like it actually hadn’t been clean or sanitized and quite a while. The reason I chose my stay at the Hilton at Hampton Inn was because I expected there to be absolutely zero issues with sanitation or cleanliness. I was pretty disappointed with this aspect of my stay.

Breakfast was good. Staff were super friendly.

The carpet in the hall ways was loose and appeared dirty or old on floor two. Carpet in room needed cleaning. Overall, this inn needs refurbishing. The dining area was not kept clean. Food was left on the floor and tables not cleaned regularly after people left. The food staff was up at the counter talking with others rather than back in the food area taking care of things. I had to walk up to the counter and ask for service. Good staff were more interested in talking with friends than taking care of their job.

The entire AC unit was not working for my 5 day stay.
