Great stay very clean jetted tub was very nice

We stayed 8 days there we had our room clean one time that we didn't get clean towels and some guy ask if we had a dog and knowing that we didn't the pool was nasty our room door wouldn't lock I will not stay at redroof inn ever again even if someone else paid for it almost 1000.00 dollars and was very unhappy 😭😭😭

What can I say it was the only option in the time frame that I needed. Upon checking in I was given a room that was already occupied and then when it was brought to the front desk's attention that that room was already occupied. They seemed inconvenienced to give me a new room. When I got into the room it was moderately clean except that the bed clothes were covered in what looked like either ink or blood. I could not tell but I was so tired. I didn't mention it to the front desk until the next morning were their response was housekeeping needs to do better. When I asked for a refund on my second day because I was not staying there another day they told me they could not do it and I had to do it through hotels which is fine but everything else was just absolutely bad.

Don't stay there

New soap & lotion dispensers are an excellent addition to the rooms. Always love bringing my family to the RedRoof in Carrollton.

Everything was amazing very clean and quiet.

No frills. Affordable. Unfortunately the bed needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable and think the springs were broken or worn.

Cockroaches, razor blades on the desk. Shower didn’t drain. NOT what I expected. This hotel is a disgusting hole in the wall. Avoid at all costs.

Liked- staff were very friendly ; furniture, bedspread and linens looked new. Didn't like - no elevator; pool and fitness room closed at 9 pm

The place was clean and very nice. However the bed was like a bed of rocks. Literally had my hips and back hurting

I enjoyed the stay. Wasn’t THE most quiet hotel I’ve ever stayed in but it is a very solid option for the area.

The friendly professional gentleman in front checked us in & went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed for our stay.

The owner or manager Don was pretty cool and friendly. Other front staff was certainly not as hospitable. If it wasn’t Don, we got made to feel like a compete bother if we asked for anything (we were there for a week.) Zero breakfast or snacks but the pool was nice for the kiddos. Good location with a lot near by. Would stay again but needs some maintenance with plumbing asap.

Mold on ceiling in bathroom, stains on sheets, entire hotel had a strange smell, outdoor pet area not cleaned up at all. Would not recommend

Staff were very good for a budget hotel. Good sleep. For what it is, it was very good.

I would not recommend this property. The air quality was hard to breathe. The bath towels were very thin and one was still grayish from dirt. These towels were so thin from overuse and had to be extremely old. There was pee in the toilet when we walked in. It’s a fight to ensure the door stays closed and if you use the deadbolt then it’s a fight to open the door. There are sketchy people walking around the hotel floors with no shoes on all hours of the night. Thin walls so you hear everything.

Older hotel but has been renovated. Large rooms and comfortable. Only downside is no elevator.

This is an old property, however, it is updated and the rooms are very nice. No carpet in the rooms, which makes it look nicer, and clean. The room was clean! The staff at check in were very nice. One important thing you need to know is this property does NOT have an elevator!
