It's close to many dining places & gas stations and the Guadalupe river park. I could have used a micro fridge in the room. I had to collect ice from the ice makers located in the main office to filll my YETI to keep my groceries on ice.

I was stayed her for 4 days, in that time, they neither clean the room nor change the towels. The key stop working in regular basis, and had to be restarted once at day.

I arrived and the grass was a foot tall. It wasn't cut until the next day. I was excited that my room faced the pool, but it was chained up. I had to get something from my car after dark, and there were several suspicious people on the sidewalk outside of rooms and in the parking lot. On the way back to my room, a man clearly drunk as he was leaning on the AC, asked me if I was working as he proceeded to take several steps toward me. I screamed NOPE as I scurried upstairs to my room. As I walked upstairs, I noticed 2 syringe caps on the stairs. The staff was amazing though ☺️

Just nasty. No towels. Bed sheets that dont fit. Bugs on the floor. Showers dirty.

The outside appearance looked dilapidated, upon the entrance the appearance of the office was clean lanolin with dirty windows and walls in need of repair. I had an issue with my card and then tried to pay with my child's prepaid card but was not willing to accept her paper copy of her ID until she received her actual card so I canceled the reservation. Motel 6 tried to charge my card later that day for $97.00. I did not stay there nor was I rude and I reserved through a 3rd party. So hlad I handle business when I take trips through prepaid cards and I keep them locked.

People staying there were weird, but overall the hotel is ok

What i like about the property is the parking and friendly personal at front desk. but the smell of Clorox in the room was to much and the stains on the sheets. but that no problem i carry my own blankets but the smell was to much

2 bloodstains on the floor. Mold around the shower a poorly patched hole in the bathroom ceiling and sketchy characters around the motel

Terrible stay, i couldn't sleep ar night. There were bed bugs everywhere including on top of the bed. In their attempt to clean the room it smelled like bleach, it was hard to stay in there so i had to gwt fabreeze so i can stay in the room.

Is clean the bedroom comfortable and the other guests were amazing especially the lady in room 151

The front desk was accommodating and friendly. Upon entering the room it looked crisp and clean. The floor was tiled and not carpet and that was pleasing to me. After a little while in the room, we started seeing small roaches and a few unrecognizable bugs. When time for bed, the fitted sheet would not stay on and we eventually were sleeping on the cheap plastic mattress cover.

Of all the Motel 6's I've stayed at in the past, this one by far was the worst. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

At check-in, there’s a sign on counter that there may be crickets in your room. It said it’s cricket season and there’s nothing they can do about it. Got to room and the toilet is clogged up with feces. Call front desk and they tell me to come down and they’ll put me in a different room

The sheets were nasty but we had brought blankets and our own pillows so we just stripped the bed. Some bugs but that was just the area. For the price, it was exactly what we needed.

No microwave no fridge no soap no ice just terrible room was hot even tho the a/c was on

When I checked in, I asked for a downstairs due to I have neuropathy in my legs, so walking upstairs with luggage was a big pain, with the fact they didnt have elevators, well room they i got was dirty, beds not made and trash left in room and smelled like skunk, so i got put upstairs room was ok but area didnt like was uncomfortable with the fact it was me a female with my famle 19 yr old, there was an apartment complex next to us and was loud with loud music and cars in the middle of night, room floor was a wood vinyl so it was always wet from the AC and a very dirty floor when we left the next day to do our business we came back as we had for 2 nights, when we came back room was still dirty trash was not picked up on top of that they put a trash can next to our room door so there were about 5 full bags 9f trash left at door, also the only 3 towels we had we threw on ground after we used them expecring to get clean towels were still on the floor qith no clean towels, a decision was made to just leave, so we left, due to these issues, so a second night was PAID for not nit used!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS PLACE, sad because my daughter will be goin to college there and and we live only 3 hrs away, so I will be making many many trips to San Marcos along with other moms!!!

I didn’t like we had bugs in the room

First, the AC unit was not visibly clean (vents), half way blew to keep cool. The table out of wall was coming apart.Took shower, laid across the top of Bed for a couple of minutes, got up, looked in the mirror and saw that my black shirt was covered in white dog hair. Let's me know they don't wash their linen. Went down to complain about it and I was put in another room. The next day after work, I was ask to pack again to be put in another room because I was told the plumbing was leaking under the sink. While asleep, next door guest access my door with hotel key coming in until the flop lock up top stop door from furthering opening on them Few amenities No Microwave or Refrigerator in room. This didn't make any sense!!!

This was nothing unique about my stay. The entire building stinks like dog piss and the hallways smelled like weed. You guys need better management.

It just needs a remodel on furniture and sink and need closets iron and ironing board .
