The room was not in good condition, the floor was dirty, the bathroom and window had mold , and the room was musty. The outside was also very dirty. I will never stay there again.

Staff was awesome. Just a busy area of town. Not very quiet.

The bathroom floor was full of hairs and it was not clean properly. Also during the night there was one guy banging on a door and he woke up so many other people around. I felt unsafe and this guy came back again and bang on the door again.

Property is ok, nothing great, but wasn't expecting much. Room wasn't entirely clean, but served it's purpose.

We got up to our room, there we're lots of people hangout, our kids were terrified, our key card didn't work until we pushed hard on the door, the room smelled really bad,we asked for another room or refund and we were refused, we took the lost and slept in our vehicle, it was a very very disappointing birthday for our child but had fun at the Monterey aquarium is what counted for him ...I extremely don't recommend this location at all.. you're better off sleeping in your vehicle...

It would be appreciated if shampoo and conditionar were provided. Having access to a fridge and microwave would be a nice to have.

The receptionist attitude was not quite welcoming.

It was a terrible experience. The pool was not treated. The room was filthy and when I notified staff, their response was unpleasant .

Gave it two stars due to the fact facility was clean and the rooms were clean with the great view it was on the second floor by the pool and could see the water if it wasn't for that I would have gave it minus Stars. There were large amounts of people hanging out in the parking lot all over, part of the hotel I think was turned into a boarding for illegal immigrants / farm workers not sure as I seen sets of bunk beds set up in all the rooms. There were people in cars for long periods of time throughout my stay, police raided a room about 6:30 in the morning kicking the door and pounding on it bringing individuals out into cuffs just wasn't an overall good stay whenever stay again would not recommend it unless you have no other options once again I mean the facility was clean and had a great view but other than that really wasn't place to be wish I could read it better but I just can't

My stay was okay, but the front desk service was not great. I gave them 150.00 dollar deposit and only recieved 140.00 dollar back because that was all that was in the till.

First of all I will begin with the Check-in. I had booked a two night stay and the desk person only put me down for a one night stay.I let her know it was two night. I only recieved one room key. On the second night at 2:00 am. We were awakened by someone opening our door with a room key.Thank God for the extra door lock. They had told me that the desk person had given them the key. In the morning I let the front desk person about the incident, and thier response we are sorry, and next time let us know right away. My response was at 2:00 am! I wasn't offered any compensation. In addition the room was a little dirty.

Area is quiet and front desk staff was friendly, however room amenities are a bit lacking (there were no towel racks or counter space in the bathroom).

Expensive, bad room in a sketchy part of town. Would never stay here again.

Great budget friendly hotel, semi-close to the beach. Was greeted by friendly front desk, got a nice clean room. Room smelled disinfected, lol, kinda harsh, but we got used to it. Air was nice and cold. Check out was quick! Would stay again! Recommend for budget families coming home from Santa Cruz! Just perfect for sleeping and heading to the beach the next day!

This was a good stay at a Motel 6, however there was something odd going on that made me a little uncomfortable for my car. There was a pretty large gathering of what appeared to be day laborers hang out in the parking lot. I'm from Los Angeles and we have plenty of them here but they are usually found near a Home Depot or something similar. They were all just chilling but it's not a good look for any business, especially not a motel. I'm Mexican myself so I'm not trying to throw shade on guys who are trying to earn a living. That said, I was a little worried after I parked my car right in the middle of them but everything was fine the next morning. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We have a sick uncle in Watsonville so we took what was available there for one night only. Directly across the street is a cool shopping center with an Applebee's and plenty of stores. Also a few fast food places are right there.

They charge a $150 deposit at check in (on top of the 130 dollar fee for the room) that is not stated online when reserving the room, or in the confirmation emails. Thankfully i had the money, but we were completely blindsided.

Budget rates = budget property. Always concerned when there is a plunger in the bathroom.

The place was overall unkept and messy.

It has Plenty parking space, you gotta know this location is in a quiet environment most of the time very accessible, 1 minute from hwy 1

The bed was uncomfortable and the fridge wasn't cool enough. Counter space was dusty and bathtub wasn't all that clean. Outlets and lights by bed didn't work. Someone knocked on our door at 11 pm, scaring us for the rest of the night plus noisy above neighbors.
