We stay here when visiting family in Watsonville. Usually clean and comfortable, though this time we were in a room with a big water stain coming through the bathroom ceiling. I didn’t notice the first night, somehow, but saw it the next morning. Although not that old, this hotel needs a bit of maintenance, from scratches on furniture, doors, walls to aforementioned stain/leak. Also breakfast staff are overworked, need more ppl to clean/keep up area and food.

Spacious lovely room. Facility very pleasant. Very comfortable bed. A wonderful surprise—no bad smells, including no strong chemical perfume coverup smell we’ve come to associate with most hotels.
Carpeting in room could use some cleaning. Breakfast is usual cheap hotel fare.

This hotel continues to have issues every time I stay there. Last time, they had now power and all the A/C turned off, their room windows don’t open at all, so during the hot summer night, it was DREADFUL to try and sleep in the hot stuffy room.
This time no internet and Verizon doesn’t get service in the rooms.
Also pillows are lumpy AF!

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had trouble with our room key cards; they randomly stopped working. We also had trouble with the tv service; we never were able to get anything but Netflix our entire time there.

The room was good. Loved the pillows. I like a softer bed, however that is a preference not a flaw of the hotel.
The front desk staff were all amazing, friendly, and professional.

Our tv had issue's upon checkin, had to have someone come fix it, then still had issues with it working. Ants in room. No one came our 2nd day to refresh the room or clean trash or give new towels which didn't help with the ants. Found trash on the floor in the room when we checked in as well.

The hotel needs many maintenance adjustments and the carpets are dirty in the rooms. Some rooms in our group were missing chairs, my control for the blinds did not work, drainage issues with the tub, and usb ports broken. The emergency phone in the swimming area did not work and one of the elevators jumped up before moving. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing posted or given on itinerary. I didn't know if they were cleaning up or not. I had garbage but didn't know where to take it. No information on hours of the the pool. Breakfast was not good.The eggs are powder and the oatmeal was runny etc...the quality was not was not what I expected.

The lobby of the hotel looks really good. The hallways and room was not very clean. We found several hairs on the floor and the air conditioning unit was really dusty. The TV did not work properly and they could not get it to work. The Breakfast was good though. Overall it was a fine place to stay...just disappointed in the cleanliness.

Our stay was good. The staff was friendly and professional. I would only say a couple constructive criticism points: The bathroom light sensor in Room 401 stayed on ALL NIGHT LONG. That was a bit annoying. There was no conditioner in the shower, bottle was empty. However to the credit of your front desk, they sent one up to our room when I asked for it. Breakfast was lovely, yummy and plentiful. Parking was good and when I asked for extra towels I was given a couple happily. All in all, a great stay. Thank you

The location to Sunset Beach is amazing. Max, 5 minute drive. The hotel was very nice, modern and the breakfast was amazing! Probably one of the best hotel free breakfasts we’ve had. Hot, amazing delicious selections and very well displayed.

We love staying here. Great place. The only issue I would say is that inside our room on the opposite side of the building from the Starbucks, we had little to no cellular data. We have never stayed over on that side but when we went outside we had 5G but inside just LTE with 1 cell bar. That is a new issue as we have never had issues with this before. Overall, this is the only place we like staying.
