The pictures were of the property overall were far from accurate. As soon as we parked we saw sex workers and many people loitering the area either outside the rooms or in their cars. O

DON’T DO IT!!!!!! This place is terrible!!!! Roaches and other unidentified insects everywhere. Police action. Loud guests all hours of the night with paper thin walls. Questionable characters loitering in parking lot.

I went to check in & the area was just terrible! There was homeless encampments not even a mile away around the corner. It is clear people are living at the motel & also out of their cars just parked outside. It was very run down! People/homeless coming up to me just asking for money. My 2 kids were immediately scared of these random ppl talking to us. I attempted to cancel & they told me to call hotels.com where on hotels.com says to contact property. It was a run around! And I was still charged!

Tub had a deep pit. Homeless passed out next to my room.

Worst place to stay. Room was infested with bed bugs and not cleaned.

Didn't get maid service in 3 days we were there

The staff were wonderful! So friendly, offered suggestions for coffee, and just an awesome demeanor:) the bed was comfy, and the desk was nice to study (going to a class the next morning)

No iron or ironing board available. Door to the room wasn't sealed or slotted right. Slight opening at bottom corner. Staff was fine. Price was reasonable all things considered.

The area of Vallejo this motel is in is not the nicest or safest area. I arrived early to check in and they allowed me to check in early but there is a $20 fee to check in early. All of the rooms are listed as non-smoking but the room smelled of smoke. The door frame was cracked and the AC was very noisy even on the lowest setting. The shower head didn't work well.

The room was spacious with lots of storage shelves. Big refrigerator too. The neighborhood was not great but I felt safe enough.

Disgusting smelled like a urinal and had dog poop right in front of the door

The area was very unsafe a lot of homeless and the ceiling on our room completely fell thank god we were out of the room at the time. The staff didn’t offer discount or anything due to the inconvenience

We stayed in Vallejo because I attended a music festival in Napa. The door has a larger than average gap and I was a little nervous about it at night. It locked and stayed closed, so it wasn’t a huge issue. The room was dated and needs some upgrades, but overall it did the job.

Good for a one night stay. Clean enough. Simple nothing great . Good enough.

Limited amenities (coffee, hair dryer).

For the price it worked for us but I suggest you bring your own pillows and towels. Rooms smell like smoke.

It’s not too bad. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The area around the hotel is not the best. Front desk people not very friendly,

The people who worked here were very kind and attentive. The surrounding area was just a little unnerving. We were told not to leave anything in our cars. Make sure our doors were locked and not to walk around at night. We were also told that the hotel itself, the property was safe, but the surrounding area might not be suitable for young women to be walking around.

Clean and let us stay a lil longer for check out as we got in at 3am 😞 everything we needed.
