They have cockroaches people live there permanently. Won't use Expedia again. Hopefully I don't have bugs in my bags

Very nice place to visit

We had been supposed to stay in a non-smoking room. Upon entering the room the smell was as if a group of smokers had a 420 and cigar party 5 minutes before we got there. The front desk staff and hotels.com phone people were quite helpful in cancelation of the reservation for a full refund.

I was told my reservation was overbooked they told me to call Expedia to try to get my money back I was on the phone for a half hour I was sitting in my car and they came out and said they had found my reservation

Accommodations were cancelled by hotel due to overbooking. Did not get notified until we arrived at the property.

I have not stayed there because my booking was canceled

The front desk worker refused to give me a room when I clearly had a reservation and I showed proof of the reservation and she immediately said no and she said that she wouldn’t answer the phone when Expedia would call pertaining to my booking

The guy at the front desk freaked out at Check in. I was 4 minutes Early Check in is at 3:00 pm not 2:56 pm buddy wasn’t happy about that at all. Play it safe check in at 4pm.

Booked thru Expedia. Got there, gave last name, I saw name on monitor. Clerk told me there is no reservation and no rooms available. Showed her email from Expedia. She said hotel never received reservation from Expedia. Was told to call Expedia. Expedia confirmed reservation was made, and confirmed by hotel's auto respond service. Took one and a half hours on phone for Expedia to find other hotel in area. Seems all hotels were booked up. This place obviously cancelled my reservation because they got someone else who paid much more.

room smelled like urine. their solution was a wax burner air freshener. there was a felony bust with 5 police cars while i was staying.

For the price we paid, it was great! Room was clean & beds were comfortable.

MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED AND THEY TOOK HOURS TO COME DO A HALF A$$ JOB.

Nothing work the AC smelled when on and was not cold the microwave didn't work cigarette burns all over my wife had to get bleach and cleaner to try to make somewhat try to make this place work people getting thrown out of rooms this was ridiculous

It was super dirty to the point I needed to go to the office and change rooms and even though they change me to another room it was still super dirty and it had cat hairs everywhere even in the fridge.the walls we're so dirty the toilet seat was very nasty dirt everywhere it got to the point that I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies even a mop bucket and a broom because the floor was so dirty sticky and nasty and it had cat hairs everywhere.

Room smelled of smoke and smoke alarm was beeping. I informed the manager but it was not fixed. I had to move to another room

The pictures online are definitely NOT what I got when staying here! Cigarette burns on the comforter in a NON SMOKING ROOM, the toilet leaked all over the floor when we were sleeping the entire toilet moved when you sit on it, the bathroom door was so dirty & black it was crazy the frame of the door looked like it had been chewed on by some sort of rodent! I wish I could post the pictures I took because this wasn’t anywhere close to the online pics of room

Omg lol no actors needed movie can be made there no ac no soap beds older than me pillows had unknown substances on them omg think it won the prize for the nastiest most unsafe loudest non working hotel ever

Bed bugs, dirty sheets, needle caps in room and on parking lot, you will be approached by people outside for many different reasons, DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE!!!!!

First 2 rooms had no a/c went to the 3rd room a/c worked i got a non smoking room all the rooms smelled of cigarettes. Our room had dirty pillows dirty sheet with dog foot prints the hostess had an attitude when i asked for a clean sheet which had a massive urine stain on it took her 5 minutes to even find a non stained sheet. All kinds of noise from the sketchy people thier definitely heavy drug users. Bathroom had pubic hairs all over locks were broken door was kicked in at some point holes all over worst ive ever seen.

The only thing that made the stay okay was the pool. At first glance the room was okay. Until I start checking the beds out and there’s food and blood stains all over the sheets that were clearly there from the last person. UNWASHED!! And Little Rock’s all over the sheets under the blankets. It was very clear the sheets weren’t washed after the last person. Cigarette burns all over the tub, dirty tub floor, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. There were Viagra wrappers IN THE ICE CONTAINER! and as we are getting our stuff together to leave we find a pair of dirty women’s underwear stuffed at the top of the bed inbetween the wall and the bed frame 😖 and a bottle of baby lotion at the top of the bed. You could tell these rooms weren’t cleaned correctly if at all. Waiting on a refund as we speak.

Room was not clean and dirty linens!! Not a great environment for my son

When i first arrived i was a little nervous, once i spoke with the Staff that work there she made me feel comfortable i must say for this to be a motel it was very family Oriented my room was very clean No bugs my kids loved the swimming pool would definitely come back again, i would Recommend Mentor Inn Suites its a family setting Establishment. Great Job!!

This was very pricy. Room was in serious need of refinishing, bed was sagging. No wash cloth, nothing to make coffee with. My three previous stays were less expensive than this one and much more charming. Extremely disappointing stay

Good location, meh hotel. The bathroom door was really gross looking with splatters and could have used a good clean. The bedspreads had holes in them. No wifi. Phone didn’t work. One of the bedside lights turned on by itself randomly in the middle of the night.

Let me start off by saying that this was a last minute booking for the 2024 eclipse. This was one of the only rooms left in the area for less than 100.00 a night. I wasn't expecting much for that price. The room was spacious. There was no sofa or free standing table. The desk chair was frial looking so i did not sit in it. It held my luggae. The water was hot and the towels and bed linens were clean. There were no signs of bugs or rodents.The vynil plank flooring was warped and peeling around the bed.The bed was not very comfortable, but it served its purpose. The room had been cleaned but is very used and shows signs of wear and tear. There is a microwave (we did not need to use it on this trip)and a brand new mini fridge The front desk staff was attentive and helpful, they even let us check in 2 hours early. For the price and chance to see totality it was totally worth it. I would stay here agin if i was passing thru the area. *there is a gas station and a McDonald's within 100ft of the front desk. This was great for a moring coffe and gas before our adventures. No need to leave the parking lot to get to either of them
