Reasonably priced hotel, no breakfast, need was just a mattress on a platform. Staff we're pleasant.

My ac unit was a little noisy but it was clean and comfy

Ok place to stay. Food and things to do close by. Desk clerk is very helpful. He works a lot of hours.

The staff was friendly. I evacuated Ruidoso on Monday. Very stressful. Check in was fast and the room was fine.

The only good thing about our stay was the member of staff on duty when we arrived. She was super efficient, friendly and helpful. To be fair, I wasn't expecting much from the room but, come on, Motel 6, you should be doing better for the ridiculous price you charge. The bathroom had obviously had a leak at some point but a corner of the ceiling was badly water damaged and hadn't even been painted. There was a botched job done under the sink, the bathroom door was filthy, the towels had yellow stains on them and one had a hole. The microwave was also filthy and hadn't been wiped properly. Barely any charging sockets, had to unplug the microwave to enable us all to charge phones etc. 2 small bars of soap are provided but nothing else. Definitely not worth the price I paid and that was cheaper than the price I was quoted at reception. I would not recommend this place but thank you to the receptionist for being so kind.

The staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. Room was comfortsble, a bit old fashioned but quiet and a very good restruant was with on walking to it. Would stay again.

Very convient to go to white sands go to ruidoso casinos and many options of places to eat very close to motel ...i didnt like that i booked 3 days in advance and put special request in for 1st floor rm because of recent knee surgery and the guy i talked too said no problem we not busy and next day call again to confirm rm and asked again for 1st foor and again i was told no problem i would get 1st floor ...upon arrival i was givrn 2nd floor and i asked lady why i was told i would get 1st floor and she called the guy in front of me and he denied everthing that no he never talked with me ...bad customer service and very hard for me to go up stairs ...not happy about that ...did sleep good and place was full but quite ...thats a plus just negative on front desk lies given out and then lied about talking with me 2 days in row

It was a very quick stop for us and was perfect for what we needed. Staff are AMAZING. I left something very valuable in the room when I left. The house keeping staff handed it in to the front desk. Saved my trip. For this I’m very grateful. Honesty is very rare these days. Thank you !!!!

Fridge was not working. Room was hot. I don't recommend this hotel.

check-in was easy. Staff immediately responded when I had a question. Lots of dining options nearby. This is a "just the basics" property, which is all I need.

This is one of the best motel 6 I’ve been too. It is clean and customer service was great. The room has clean sheets. The bathroom is okay. It was comfortable to stay with.

The front desk was friendly. It was quiet. The parking lot was very well lit. Felt very safe. Sheets, pillows and towels were good and in great shape. The only thing I could really complain about is it looked like the room was due for a deep clean. The room overall was clean just looked like a few things had been overlooked for a while. Overall a great place to stay the night while traveling

Overall it was ok. The staff were nice. The floor was sticky as if someone mopped up a soda. The neighborhood was run down. There seemed to be a long teemed customer who stood by his car, which was by our door and smoked a lot. The smoked seeped its way into room. I had a dog which made the hotel nice. There wasn’t anywhere to walk the dog. All asphalt or rocks. If the owner would invest in a small dog yard the place would be a perfect cheaper hotel.

Manager is awesome maid is awesome everything is within walking distance restaurants mini marts etc ... for tha price its tha best spot in town ! I stayed 3 weeks while workin @ base ! (ONLY 1 SMALL CRITIQUE ; TVs are small) !

The staff was fantastic however the room conditions were terrible. The room was dusty, holes in the corner of the floor boards, bathroom latch was broken so the door would not close properly. The white walls were brown due to not being cleaned especially areas where people touch on door/ light switches. Hole behind the beds and crumbs everywhere as if no one cleaned after the previous people that stayed. The bathroom toilet seat was stuck together so you had to physically touch the seat the separate it from the lid. I would not recommend this place at all, stayed with children.

Stayed here for a week to explore the area. Room was comfortable and relatively clean. Management and staff are super friendly and helpful! Bed is very comfortable and linens are soft, clean, and enjoyable. Great showers and water pressure was excellent Felt safe being here. Would definitely stay here again.

Bugs in room, very small, each bed touches a wall

The room was very tiny, thus cramped for a dog to be confined. The “green space” for the dog was rocks and scrub grass. The staff were lovely people and I can appreciate that they work hard for a living. Curb appeal goes a long way - pull weeds.

This was our first stay at the Motelb6 in Alamogordo. We are glad to have found them. The room was nice, we felt safe and parking was very convenient. We expect to stay again when we have the opportunity

Came in and tidied up the room and got us clean towels. Cleaning staff is always so friendly.

Got check in had dinner went to take a shower nothing but a tickle of water got a new room great shower!! Went to call and tell the lobby phone dead,went to lobby said wake me up at 6:00 call me on my phone. I woke up this morning at 7:15 thanks so much. How hard is it that anyway?? No these place all suck I will not stay at Budget thinking about getting a freaking tent do that way for a while!!
