Great access to interstate and dining

It was overall good. Breakfast bar ran out of things early & were not replaced. Some of the front desk were not very knowledgeable or helpful. Kenny was over the top…GREAT!!!

The property is easily accessible and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Right across the parking lot you have a restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel is just OK.

Great location and great price. Got stranded during tournaments because a blizzard hit and the interstate was closed.

Front staff was great as were the ladies in the hall. The gentleman handling the breakfast was awesome and he was very attentive to the breakfast area. The selection of breakfast items was great. Wish there was some kind of shelving in the bathroom and some drawers for clothes. The beds definitely need to be replaced, pretty broken down.

Very nice property in general but the person that made up our room prior to arriving was lacking. There was 1/4” of toilet paper left on the roll with no replacement rolls. A used towel was still on the back of the bathroom door. And there was no hair dryer in the unit. Mentioned it to the desk clerk upon checking out and she shrugged it off but did apologize. Did not offer to mention it to anyone.

Clean comfortable

Close to main shopping areas, pool to ourselves, and walking distance to three restaurants for lunch or dinner options. Multiple breakfast options are only a short distance away.

The front desk staff were very nice and were very helpful. The view was nice on the 4th floor and the room was in a good spot. The only complaints I have are: -The pull out bed under the couch sheets had stains and were dirty. -The there is little to no noise reduction. You can hear everything from the neighboring room to the cars on the highway. -This is a small complaint, but the TV is in a really bad spot. If it was on a mount so it could swivel to watch on the couch or bed it would have been great, but it is in the middle of the room. It is just in a bad spot. Overall the stay wasn't too bad!

Enjoyed our stay. Traveling with kids and I felt like there was plenty of space and amenities. Will stay here again.

This hotel was clean, updated and convenient. No complaints! Staff interactions were very friendly. The Springhill by Marriott never disappoints when I am able to stay there

I have stayed at this motel numerous times in the past. It has always been great. I have no issues with the motel. Sadly I was not able to stay this time because of Expedia's policies. I do have an issue with Expedia. I accidently booked the wrong dates on their web site. I realized the a few days after the booking the room. This was about a month before the reservation date. I called Expedia customer as soon as I new about the issue. There was more then ample time(about 30 days) to give notice to the motel. Expedia refused to allow a date change or a refund. They told me to take it up with the insurance policy that I also bought at the time and that was my only way to get a refund. I filed a claim with the insurance company and was denied within a few days. Turns out cancelation due to booking error is not covered. I am sure the Expedia rep new this and just sent me on that path to get me off the phone. This simple mistake that Expedia refused to help with cost me over $400.00. I won't be doing business with Expedia again.

Convenient west end location, evening staff were friendly. However.... elevator made very loud metal on metal screeching sound when closing, small dark closets are not a good place for suitcases, couch had many white stains, faucet/sink combination poorly designed, stained white towels, and though we requested housekeeping services every other day via the Marriott online app, they never came and front desk said they knew nothing about it.

I loved how new this property still looks. It has aged well. Very comfy beds. Clean rooms. I would love to see a variety of breakfast from one day to the next. Overall great customer service and very centrally located for lots of restaurants and shopping.

We had a family situation and could not cancel our reservation as it was non-refundable. The representative from Hotels.com said mostly all hotels are non-refundable, which was not true! This is the first time I came across a hotel that was non-refundable for all the years I've been using Hotels.com. Will not stay here again due to being non-refundable.

Very comfortable spacious clean rooms… Great breakfast… Friendly helpful staff… The only complaint was the hot tub was not hot it was barely warm and there was no towels in the pool area

First room given wasnt cleaned. Second room was, but tub is cracked & stained and looks dirty, even though it isnt. Room size is nice for family of 4. Beds super hard, so thats awful. Hips and back killing us after one night of sleep.

Check in was quick and front desk was super helpfull. Very clean on the grounds and in the room.

This hotel shares a parking lot with texas roadhouse and it is hard to get into the parking spots for the hotel.

The convenience

This is a great place to stay. We felt safe and we love how nice the workers were. We stayed at a couple of places while on this road trip and this by far hands down, best breakfast spot. I love that they had Texas Roadhouse right in the back so we had that the night before. It was clean. We didn't use the pool but I did think that the hot tub was smaller than expected. Otherwise I would come back again.
