Centrally located hotel. Upscale spa and very good open air restaurant. Everything is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice pool with waterfall. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Bali.

Everything was so good except the internet I work on computer a lot so i need a wifi to work but in the room it wasn't much networks and everytime i have to come downstairs to do my work but it wasnt that bad coz nice view and they have restaurant where you can sit and do some work..

Lovely staff and facilities. The Internet was pretty bad but I think that’s just Bali in general. We loved it here.

Best pillows in Bali. Handy to Discovery Shopping Centre. Clean and great omelettes for breakfast. Twice we have been here when yobbos roll up with boom box by the pool but every other time its been great.Free shuttle to airport Great for the price

Family vibe to the hotel with both staff and and other guests a lot of return guests, I will be a return guest. Great location, food and the peaceful atmosphere of the place love the greenery and pool area.

I liked that was central to shopping, resturants and the airport.

The clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Hotel is a bit tired but it will be getting renovated soon.

I love the staff at the green garden they go out of there way to make your stay excellent. I must admit i wish the breakfast was a bit better as it was the same each day with the food cold.

Fabulous! My room was bigger & better than my friends staying at Dynasty for $200/night. Awesome friendly staff, very clean, reasonably priced drinks & food compared to other resorts. The WiFi signal was average in my room but other than that fact I absolutely cannot fault it. Amazing value

This is a great hotel where the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and general areas are spotless, the pool is inviting. The restaurant is well priced with good food and variety.. Satays at night and Omelettes in the morning from the shack are great. Good area for other offerings and ease of access. Thanks for another great stay.

The spa was really good, we got a full body Balinese massage. Worth the money. The location of the property was very central and close to the market. Nicefood and music everyday.

Booked Green Gardens for one night as we were arriving to Bali late at night before transitioning to Ubud. We had stayed at their sister hotel Febris previously and were happy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed - clean tidy and comfy. The bed was amazingly comfy, more so than our next hotel actually. Breakfast was included, not an extensive selection but ample for the one breakfast we had there. The only negative thing to say is that the door to the shower opened inwards and covered the tap so it was rather difficult to turn the shower on.

The hotel staff were lovely helpful and couldn’t do enough to help . Breakfast however was a problem with so little being put out at a time you had to constantly ask for more beans or more potatoes or more whatever, unfortunately they play a very loud spa music at 07.05 am and as it’s a very lively hotel set on the main strip sleep was very much a problem.

Green Garden Hotel is situated at the quieter end of Kutu but if you want the nightlife it's only a short walk away. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff are very helpful and polite. Plenty of hawkers trying to sell things to you in the street outside, just politely say no thanks if you're not interested and that's enough. All part of the Bali experience and I personally was never overly bothered. The food is great as well and there's entertainment in the evenings if you want it. If I ever return to Kuta it'll be the Green Garden Hotel for me again.

We had a lovely stay at the Green Garden - helpful staff, beautiful garden / pool area, well kept, clean rooms, great spa services, great attention to detail. It is quiet but close to everything.

The wifi used to be a pain in the ****. Now it's been upgraded and works well.

Our stay was excellent. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The size of our room was spacious and perfect.

Excellent location, small and quite hotel. Staff are friendly. Kids had pool to themselves 2 days out of 3 day stay. Room clean, bed nice. Bathroom had a musty smell but I've had that before in Bali.
