This is a great hotel. Very clean and the staff is always friendly. The TV channel selection is not great and the fridge is in a very odd spot. But overall a great hotel!

It was a good stay. Pool was small but thankfully not many people in it. There was a hockey tournament the night we were there, so hallways and common areas were loud and crowded but while in the room, we couldn't hear them. Easy parking. Close to restaurants, 401, safe area

Just an overnight stay. We have stayed at this hotel previously and found it to be perfect for what we need. Staff always friendly and efficient; room always clean and all amenities that we need.
Would stay here again without question.

Room was clean, location convenient, and front desk staff helpful. However, there was an incident on our floor at 1:30 am at night with a group of people knocking on doors trying to get access to our room. We reported this to front desk at the time and they sent security up but the noise continued throughout the night. As a result, we didn’t get a restful sleep and felt unsafe at this location.

Room smelt of dirty socks. Black mold and snot in the shower . Was not impressed with out stay to say the least.

The restaurant was great and the clerk that checked us I. Was great.
The towels in our room were yellowed, dust was seen on the surfaces. Our room had a view of the air conditioning units and a small view of a tree. I would not stay here again.
There were not enough towels in the pool area so we had to share Friday evening.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not included and we only found out how much the cost was after we started eating because we asked. I think the price should be shown or mentioned when we are seated.

It was a nice stay but the AC in the room rattled all night so I just turned it off. Other than that nice place.

Everything was good, the only thing was that the bathroom fan didn’t work. Good facilities and having a microwave and fridge is a good option.

Easy check in and out, comfortable beds however there was a smell in the room coming from the AC unit.

Nice looking rooms and lobby. Staff were not overly friendly or approachable. Quite clean. Nice touch with the pool. Would have liked to see more seating outside for times when you wanted to be outside.

The property overall was up to date. This hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast so for the price, this was a downfall. The front desk seemed a bit understaffed. The one staff member had to answer the phone as well as greet newcomers.

The lobby AC temperature was freezing and the room was even worse. It was 62 Fahrenheit when we walked in, i had to turn heat on for 2 hours to get room to warm up to 69.
The girl at desk was very hard to understand as well. In the morning we went down to breakfast area and we each had toast and coffee our usual. There was no sign or communication whatsoever as to a cost so we assumed it was free as most hotels have now. But wow , it cost us $30 for 2 coffee and toast had we been told we would have skipped this absurd cost.

It was fairly clean. Did not bring any more coffee pods had to get them after first night yourself. Pool was a bit cloudy. Need to update towels for pool area. Room was beside pool was a bit musty. We could have asked to move but didn't. The girl who checked in was wonderful. Probably go somewhere cheaper for what we got

We book a room for 5 and there was only one bed and one sofa. Not sure were the 5th person was supposed to sleep. We finally had to get a cot for one of our kids. We travelled all day and this should not happen
