Absolutely loved this hotel and I’m a hotel snob. It was like a row of little chalets. Spotlessly clean inside and a lovely spacious room. Ice machine was right outside our front. Free parking and close to a few fast food restaurants. About a mile away from Monterey Harbour. I will def stay here again if I’m in the area. Loved it!!

The best option in Seaside and Monterey Area to stay. Great service , clean and comfortable rooms, the family who owns the hotel are very friendly. Highly recommended.

This is my go to location when I stay in the Monterey area, which I do frequently. Great pricing, easy parking, excellent location, and the room is perfect: comfortable bed, good shower, good AC, which are the 3 things I look for in a motel.

Love the rooms, super clean and spacious. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin, so you can hear every convo in both rooms next to you or bathroom activities. Beds frames in all rooms are squeaky bc they’re all on springs. However, they are super comfy and they have the best pillows.

Property was great, 12 miles from Monterey bay aquarium. Loved the shower gel and shampoo provided in shower, automatic dispenser. Toilet seat can use some tightening. Overall for the price, very good

We had a great stay! It felt like the room was new. Everything was spotless clean and in excellent condition. Very spacious room with very high ceiling! Spacious bathroom too! Hot water right away. Comfy bed.

Convenient location. Not very friendly staff. The room was not clean, there was a lot of dust on the furniture, dirty sheets, also pillows and sheet cover were covered with hair. It was disgusting

stay was great clean and newly remodeled, comfortable bed. the only issue was the television coyldnt get rid of the close captioning and quite small tv, but ither than that it was very nice, will rent again.

The biggest problem I had was people sitting outside their room smoking pot every single day we couldn’t open the windows or do anything without the room smelling like weed. Second thing if check out at 10 o’clock, why would a male attendant come into the room and walk into the bathroom with a girl getting ready for the day and they’re asking are you gonna check out at 10? Totally unacceptable.

Toilet wouldn’t flush, when we left and came back was flooded and all over the floor, the room we got next smelled like cleaner and the heater smelled like mold. Back breaking beds, absolutely horrific experience.

Good place for the price. Walls thin so be kind to neighbors with talk and tv after 10pm. No bells and whistles. Just want you need to sleep and spend time out in Monterey.

The walls are so thin you can heard people snoring from both sides of the room. no breakfast.

Everything was great except there was a small exposed electrical square box with wires under the tv. We had to be extra careful not to let our 20 month old go near it. The pillows were weird half pillows so that was disappointing. If they’re going to be half at least give us more to equal 2 whole pillows instead of the size of 1.5 real pillows. The bed was mediocre. Other than that the room was very clean and beautiful. The ceiling had exposed wood beams which was beautiful.

Didn’t like it they tried to rip me off by keeping my deposit said I pooped in there bed That’s totally absurd and so not right I have bed sores that might have got something on a sheet but certainly NOT POOP What the heck do you think I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THESE Actuation's TOTALLY FALSE All I did is what your supposed to do in a bed is Sleep and I showered before I went to bed when we got there as a matter of fact I’ll get my Money back I’ll guaranty that I’ve got someone that has my back won’t ever be going back there again 😡😠👎👎

Bring your own blinds and earmuffs. The owners were sitting outside our room talking until 2am. They don’t even bother turning off the lights outside if you aren’t going to turn off the lights the least you can do is provide better blinds. SPEND THE EXTRA 50$ AND GO SOMEWHERE BETTER

Terrible customer service, there was bed bugs, and overall the room was dusty and looked hardly cleaned.

I clearly asked for no maid service. Left and guess what they provided a service I did not want and the worse part they clean with a product loaded with perfume. It triggered a margrine. My stay at this hotel was horrible..I was not only client who complained today. I will also never select this hotel or use Expedia or Trip Advisor, since they are owned by the same.

Great place to stay. Clean. We had issue with plumbing. Toilet would not flush and its tough when you dont want to call the office for the inconvenience.

Good place. Has everything you need to spend a night. Bed was comfy. Plenty of parking close to rooms.
Only 2 things I didn’t care for. Low water pressure, and the soap/shampoo dispensers that hang on the well. Barely anything comes out of it.
But it was a great price for a quick night that we needed.
