Awesome property.

Absolutely loved our stay here, in fact we wish we could stay longer. Such great value for what you get. Without a doubt the friendliest most attentive staff we have had during our entire time in Thailand. We aren’t usually “resort” people, but were very happy that we were able to get the best of both worlds by staying in the budget bungalow, and still getting to enjoy the facilities. 10/10 for the breakfast that’s included. Room was turned down every day, new towels, water bottles. Every member of the staff friendly, smiling. Can’t wait to come back one day! Thank you for having us.

Stunning surroundings, wonderful staff, the resturant/bar has great food and exceptional service! Clean, beautiful. Great beach, things to do, plenty of good food. Coffee roastery very close. Cant go wrong!

We spent 5 days in the garden hut and we loved it. The bungalow is not big but comfortable and the bathroom is new. The garden is beautiful and swimming pool too. The resort has improved a lot and now there is a nice bar where they serve an excellent breakfast and in the evening good cocktails. Soon will open a restaurant too but outside there are other places to eat. The beach is one of the best one on the island. Staff is extremely kind and friendly and always smiley. We will come back!!

Worst hotel on Haad Yao, bad service, trick you to book, then its x and y happens. Outdated - look at the picture. They should change the staff who handles the bookings since they use scam methods and want payment in cash afterwards to get what you thought you booked = scam from personell.

Bad service, outdated, 4th "hotel" on Haad Yao, this is more like a hostel with a very bad taste of bad service.

Small things like "breakfast is not included" even though the booking clearly says that it is.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Long Bay Resort. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, modern and we got daily cleaning, water new towels whenever needed. The breakfast is nice too, as well as the pool area. It´s walkable to many other restaurants along the beach and just a very nice base to be at. We will definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thank you for making our holiday so very wonderful.

a pity that such a wonderful resort is in such a bad state. restaurant and bar closed, umbrella's and sunbeds in terrible state. breakfast poor. swimminpool dangerous because of broken tiles and materials on the florr in the swimmingpool

We had a lovely stay in March. The bungalow was beach front, every morning made myself tea in the room and sat on our deck watching the waves as the sun came up. Loved being right on the beach! It was clean, no bug issues in the room, warm shower, good AC. The bed was bit firm but was king size which was nice. The pool was lovely being beachfront as well. Buffet breakfast by the sea was lovely every morning. There are a number of great restaurants down the beach perfect for sunsets which are spectacular on this beach. The ocean tides were moderately high the first half of the day which was great for swimming. We enjoyed snorkeling off the beach and SUP boarding rentals on the beach. Also Kayak rentals too! It was quiet at night being on the north end of the beach. Easy to rent bikes closeby and go to other beaches. The hotel arranged a taxi back to the pier for us for a great price.

Amazing place in not so crawded area in ko Phangan. Although nearby many restaurants, and amazing beach. Upgraded to beach front, and it defenitely worth the money.

It was a great place to stay, very quiet and the staff are incredible. The restaurant and massage were being renovated which we were only told on arrival. Wifi only available on public areas.

Had a really great time here. It was low season so very few tourists. Pool was very nice, good happy hour cocktails, amazing place to watch the sunset, and great beach bars nearby.

The beach it was on was awesome, and the proximity to shops another restaurants was great. Restaurant was about the same as every where else on the beach, but a bit more expensive, and with worse service.

It's a bit secluded a little more north on the island. Nice staff, much more expensive for drinks and food than other places close by, but breakfast was included in the rate from hotels.com and was a fantastic start to the day. Beach was nice and the bungalows are super simple, clean, and working air-con.

Mixed bag of treats really - resort and surroundings could use a proper re-vamp, but service was excellent and beach lovely, although very quiet. Happy hour aside, drinks and food was over-priced, but I expect this is due to the fact that it is a German Tui-resort.....

Service at this hotel is great! Large bungalow, exellant swimming pool and clean beach. The only thing is that there are no nets on the windows, if I had to use the AC at all times, even when outside was pleasant (to those who that thing matters..).

We checked in for some R&R after a busy week in Koh Samui following the wedding of a friend. The check in was fine although there was some confusion on whether Id already paid for breakfast or not. Despite this the girl at the front desk was happy to give me breakfast and clear up with booking.com later. The staff were friendly, taking bags to our room etc and had given us a nice room near the pool as we were travelling with a baby. The room was clean but very simple and the fixtures and fittings were tired, especially the bathroom which could have done with a makeover. That said, most importantly the A/C was working!! The pool bar served simple and tasty food and good prices and the breakfast was good. Would stay again.
