A bit far out…but the room was very good as was the breakfast - not a total buffet - food to order which was a nice change (excellent sea bass and scrambled eggs). Coffee and cookies available 24/7. Designer room facilities. Staff attentive but not overly so. Good stay.

Very nicely appointed room, squeaky clean, friendly staff, and only a metro stop away from Sonshan Airport, which is Taipei’s secondary and more business-oriented international gateway. Breakfast included buffet as well as several a la carte made-to-order options.

Hotel is very clean, great service, staff is friendly and helpful. Overall experience was 5 star. Architecture of building is new and clean, modern. Hotel has a pleasant aromatherapy smell which makes the experience better.

The service in this hotel is excellent! They serve great food during the breakfast buffet and the servers were very friendly. The housekeeping was also excellent. They always leave our rooms spotless! The hotel is also close to the brown line whicb has connections to other lines in the MRT system in Taipei. I highly recommend a full week stay at Taipei Fullerton!

The property is a bit old, but it is clean. The service is very good. Especially the breakfast. In all the 3 days we stayed the foods are all different. Highly recommended.

Good location only a few minutes walk to MRT station, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, breakfast has a variety of choices that can fit Asian and North American. We booked beautiful deluxe room, and it’s decent size very comfortable. The only confusing part is the lighting control panel, but didn’t bother us too much.

The hotel was beautiful with a very large bathroom, marble floors. The room was very clean, comfortable bed. We enjoyed breakfast in the dining room as well. We were very impressed with this luxurious hotel and would definitely stay again

I had a situation with my booking and the hotel gladly assisted to resolve it without fuss. The trainee (lady in glasses) was super helpful and efficient in handling the entire matter. Everything was perfect in this hotel and I would have given a full 5 star rating, except that the bellhop was overly persistent about recommending a private taxi service. Me and my colleague only stayed for one night and he kept asking us to book the taxi from him. Hope he doesn't do it to other guet in the hotel.

This is probably one of my best experience staying at a hotel. The staff is extremely a helpful and professional. The room is spacious, beautiful, and the bathroom is just modern and cozy. I travelled with two other adults and we were able to sleep on he two beds comfortably. The beds are form and the bedding very soft. The room is quiet and the electric curtain adds nice accents to the room and help block out the light and heat. My favorite thing about this hotel (too many to choose from) is the surprisingly delicious and well-staffed breakfast buffet. The food is declines and various, and you can order an entree from a menu in addition to the hot dishes, cold dishes, salad bar, porridge bar, and also an omelet station! The dining area not only provides breakfast but also a nice and quiet area for business discussion or doing some quiet work. There is a hot tea and coffee station that is available 24/7. Moreover, the staff is amazing and so kind and attentive. Both my sons and myself throughly enjoy our stay and look forward to staying here again when we visit Taipei next time!!
