The heater in the bathroom was so Rusty you were afraid to use it. The room was very clean but they used some kind of perfume that was overpowering. When we tried to drop our key off at 6:00 a.m. there was no Dropbox available so we had to leave it in the room

I received an email stating we were assigned a second floor room as requested. When we arrived, we were put on the first floor because "tour buses have been assigned" the second floor. People above us made so much noise and bumping around we didn't sleep for two nights. Won't be back.

This was a good place for the price. It was a convenient location, easy to find, and a pleasant stay. We appreciated a little table with 2 chairs, plus a desk area.

A very nice motel for the price. within walking distance from the main street of the town and the entrance to Yellowstone. One complaint I have is the lack of power outlets and lamps in the suite room.

it was great overall for the price bit only issue i had was the one cockroach i found and released.

This motel is old and run down. Carpet was filthy, stained and wrinkled from water damage. Curtains were in poor condition and did not close properly. Bathroom floor linoleum was dirty and littered with dead bugs. Exterior does not look anything like the photos.
Only good thing is that's it is close to Yellowstone entrance.

Nice enough motel. Bathroom could use a facelift. TV channels were limited. No refrigerator. Coffee in lobby.

Older facility, but clean. Fantastic location 3 blocks from the west gate of yellowstone. Tons of things to do and see right in walming distance. Parking wasn't so great, hard to grt close to uourroom

Walkable area close to the downtown and lots of food. Saloon across the street got noisy at 1am and the walls are thin. However the location is convenient.

The room we stayed in, the tv was on a stand and not plugged in. We had to use an extension cord across the room/door way to use it. The electric sockets didn’t have plate covers. There is a 1.5-2” crack under the door. Was kind of shady!

I would have rated it overall higher I rated it lower because the bathroom sink didnt drain and one of the TVs didnt work. It was nice that the room had 4 double beds and the room was clean. Its very close to the park entrance. It served the purpose of a one night stay and a clean room.

My husband thought this was going to be an old, rundown motel and really wanted to cancel and rebook something else. I happen to love motels, because we can back the vehicle right up to the door. This motel ended up being a really great place to stay. It has been remodeled, so was nice, neat and clean. It was in an excellent location, being close to the west entrance to Yellowstone and right on the edge of downtown where we were able to walk to shop and eat. We ended up loving it and would definitely stay there again!

Property is in a great location, however if you require basic hotel services, well…don’t. Couldn’t get more that 1 key, and was told “don’t lose it because you won’t get another”. 😳 No TV service for our 4 night stay. Asked to fix after 2 nights, no help with an attitude. No iron and no ice machines. You have to get the ice from the office “freezer”, which doesn’t open until 7:30am. That will leave you in a nice long line getting into the park. Almost all other hotels on the area are just as close minus a block or two so pick any other place.

We booked triple double beds, and got four double beds in two room, so large space but very little furniture and poor internet. Considering the stars of the property, I think it’s fair and worth the price at that location, so I rated higher.

Nice place to stay. Reasonable price for the location right outside the west entrance to Yellowstone. Clean and neat rooms. No mini fridge in the rooms. The coffee in the office for guests was very weak.

The hotel is a block from the park entrance. It was clean and comparably priced.

Nothing special about room or motel. But there was a slippery spot in shower that I slipped on twice and slammed my knee.

Property was a little old but clean and fresh. Never had issues with parking. The lady at the front desk had serious anger issues. Quite possibly the worst attitude I have ever experienced from a customer service representative. Saw her fighting with another guest as well. We had a lower level room and the worst issue was kids in the room upstairs who were running around at 12 in the night. Walls were thin and the bed shook when kids ran in the room upstairs.

Annie, the attended checking us in, was so knowledgeable about the area. The town was cute and very well laid out. Food was delicious.
