The carpet in the room was stain , morning 7 am the hot water for the shower not much more like cold shower...

This was my families second trip to Steele Hill and still our number 1 resort to vacation with our kids. Great food amazing staff especially our waiter Ben at the Hilltop was so busy but was one of the best waiters I have ever had he was fast even when he was the only waiter that night with a lot of tables and he was great with my kids calling my little girl "princess" then having him again the next day still having a positive additive and humor made for a wonderful Birthday and Anniversary weekend for our family. We loved spending time in the pool a walk to the market and kids loved playing on the playground. This will be a place we visit anytime we can.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were absolutely clean and thoroughly stocked with everything we needed. The hiking trails were Amazing. The pools are crystal clear, and there are many to choose from. They had golf horseshoes and cornhole if you love outdoor activities. I definitely plan on going back

Restaurant has good food but was close so we have to drive 30 minutes to eat and come back And the hot pool wasn’t clean The service was excellent We will be back 💌

The sofa bed is very damaged, you can't sleep on it and they couldn't change the room.

Our place we paid for early check in which was great 1pm instead of 4 but our kitchen had lots of crumbs and Cheetos all over floor and under furniture, our toilet had someone’s poop in it and hair all over the floor kinda a big turn off

Our family has visited a few times & we have yet to be disappointed. Thank you & we can’t wait till next year.

steele hill always exceeds my expectations. close to hwy and attractions, stores and restaurants. has a really good restaurant itself. between the all the ammenities and stocked rooms you just stay put and relax

Very nice property on top of a hill with a dead end road with great views

Room was very dated and run down. Hand prints on the walls and some blinds did not work.

We stayed in a room not a suite with king bed. The room was ample in size with very large whirlpool tub, sm fridge. Bed comfort - 3 out of 5. (rating given with cost of room as consideration. It would benefit from a mattress topper. Noise level. 3-5. Air conditioner was very noisy and we had to shut it off. No noise from neighbors or parking lot. Golf course - 0 out of 5. We brought our clubs, but did not finish 9 holes. No real fairways, just mowed lawn, very hilly so much so could not get level place to drive. It's free, but not fun. Pools 1) Outside too small for laps, but nice for hanging out, but cold. 2) Inside warm and super fun for kids. Drinks are $15, but there is no pricing on menu. Music in the evening makes for a relaxing time. Restaurant was satisfactory. You can get pizza or hamburgers for under $20 and steak was very delicious. A bit pricy for families, we saw mostly couples eating there. Location. It is not close to food or drink so bring coolers with your chosen beverages (even water), snacks and food. There are grills available. We visit family once a year and will look for another location next year.

Absolutely beautiful property with a lot of things to do. Very family friendly. We were there for a concert in the area and will be going back with our kids.

While we only stayed for one night the list of things to do will bring my family back.

Wished the outdoor tiki bar was open during the week and that the golf course grass was better maintained. Golf carts would have been a huge bonus.

Really liked the amenities. 4 pools, restaurant. Bars, sports, hiking trails ect. Room was nice and clean. No maid service for the 2 nights we were there. Ran out of soap on the morning we left. Price was on the high side especially considering what most weeknights book for. Drinks from the bar seemed to have almost no alcohol in them, which was sad considering they were $15 - $25 each. Lobby was disgustingly hot as in 95 degrees. Lucy the ac in the room worked. No alcohol allowed at the pools unless it was from their overpriced bar. Overall a nice place but I would stear clear from drinks at the bar and plan during the week if possible and save yourself $ hundreds per night.

Amazing Place!

The bathroom/tub in my room 37A should be renovated. Needs better access to rooms that are not at ground level. Restaurant was good. Staff very good.

Beautiful property. Great location, practically a 20 minute drive to anything. Lots of amenities and super clean. Nice for families and singles. Only negative is no pets. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Definitely worth visiting

We had a great time!

Great views during a quick overnight, so we didn't get a chance to enjoy amenities. We stayed in South Hotel which was mainly well kept and updated. We will keep this place in mind should we return to the NH Lakes Regon.
