Great location. Excellent option for halaal food. Close to skytrain and major shopping centres. Only 500-750 bhat to airport too

Great stay for the price. Reminds me a lot of the Hilton chain. Sure the hotel could use a little uppgrade but for that price one should be grateful. Amazing staff, the best part of the stay.

The room was aging but I think the hotel gets huge guests because of its surrounding area. The bed was comfy and the breakfast spread was really good.

Location is great for nighlife, the hotel is brown and have seen better days

Checking at 2pm took about 1 hour. The line up was huge. The Indian travellers would put 1 person to wait in line, then when that person reach the front of the line they would pull out multiple passports and the group would then jum in front of you.
My Thai partner got asked for her ID like she was a bargirl when re entering the hotel after we had been out.
Hotel is reasonably priced and in a good location. Many western restaurants in the area

The Ambassador is situated amongst some of the finest restaurant in the area waking distance to supermarkets or your 7/11 and of course terminal 21 overall a great stay

We booked a room with a bathtub, upon arrival the room had no bathtub, accordingly we had to upgrade to a bathtub room at an additional cost of £113, which is not fair. The hotel said take it up with Hotels.com

STAY HERE ONLY IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR NIGHT LIFE, or don't book hotel near this area, best location to stay if you're shopaholic is near Siam Centre, all major shopping malls and markets are nearby if you are staying near Siam Centre

The staff did serve us with a smile. People are approachable and did their best to communicate despite differences in language. Indeed, we do appreciate how the food was served (for the breakfast). All in all, the service was excellent. With this, we’re looking forward to staying at the Ambassador’s Hotel again as we visit again Thailand. Again, many thanks.

Very large hotel with all the amenities. Great gym and Padel courts. Room was fine although the water in the bathroom was a pain to adjust and I did come back to my room to find a broken water line! (The staff were quick to fix the problem). Overall it was fine as I didn’t plan on spending much time in the room anyway.

Check in and check out take too long. Staff is not friendly. Room is not good, no towels, beds too small. Smoking area next to the entrance.

It was good staying there but the check in time was very late 2pm.. Our Flight was early arrival and we reached Hotel at 8am but they dont allow for check in as there was No Rooms available. We waited for 2-3 hrs and then we got rooms.
Over all it is nice hotel to stay with family.

Had to change rooms to get a shower with at least lukewarm water. No pressure. Only a drizzle.
AC struggled in both rooms.

This is a big hotel by a famous Thai architect. Lots of people so check-in and check-out can take a while. Nice pool, superb gym and even birdcages and a boxing ring.
