This is our go to hotel for stay before or after Disneyland. Positives - near to the RER station, shopping, restaurants. Negatives - although it was refurbished not long ago - cracks are starting to appear - missing light bulbs, crumbling pieces of wall in the corridors, dirty window curtains and unfortunately dirty floor in the corners of the room and bathroom. Also if you are parking just outside the hotel (advertised as free parking) make sure your ticket is validated by the reception. We had problem leaving car park at 7am - barrier didn't open and it said that we need to pay 62 euro for overnight parking. Receptionist had to find a car park porter/security to open the barrier as no one responded to us pressing the contact button. Which brings me to the hotel staff - as always wonderful and attending.

The room was excellent, very clean. However, exterior and corridors really need updating. As we left, the gentleman on the front desk tried to get us to pay for our stay again but we showed our proof of payment. Only when we asked to see the check out form did we point out that he didn’t have the correct form, it belonged to someone else. Very close to station, great access to Disney but surrounding area isn’t as nice and we didn’t feel very safe.

Good relation of price an quality. It's far from the main landmarks but it's easy to move by train.

Good location for a quick stop or if you wanted to go to Disney. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Room was very nice and comfortable, but hallways and lobby are a bit dated and in need of paint. Also, when I came in the hallway had a strong smoke smell but it didn’t get into the room, it was gone in the morning so guessing more a guest issue than the hotel.

We had an amazing stay, the room was clean, comfortable and was bigger than we thought! There is no oven however there is a hob, microwave and plenty nearby including restaurants, bowling and other activities and also a cinema. Fast-food places aren’t too far to walk and the bakery around the corner was beautiful and affordable. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Family room had a very good size with a small kitchen and big bathroom. Plenty of space for everybody. The cleanliness was very good and personnel were polite.The hotel is very close to RER A train station which gives you easy access to Paris. It is located at the side of a mall with plenty restaurant options.

Well done refurbishment. Finally proper size bathrooms instead of claustrophobic built in cabins. Clean and comfy. Quick check-in and checkout. Friendly staff.

Great value place, room was comfy with a well equipt kitchenette. Looked to be recently renovated. Bathroom had a strange smell but wasn't too bad. Staff were friendly and helpful. 15 minute drive to Disneyland Paris.

Starting with the good points: Enough Parkings, a lot of restaurants and shopping possibilities around. Also connection to public transportation nearby. But it is a bit run-down. Ok for the price...but really not fancy. It was there in winter...it was cold and I had no possibility to heat the room up a bit...

My family of 4 persons has booked the family room. The room size is ok but the facilities inside the room is quite simple. The shower gel is very difficult to pull out. By the way, you need to leave down the deposit to borrow the hair dryer. But the number of hair dryers are limited. And there are plenty of restaurants behind the hotel. You can find a lot of food choices among the restaurants.

This is one of my favorite hotels when I go to Paris. I love that we have a small kitchenette. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is close to the rer and lots of restaurants. I highly recommend it. I have stayed here more than 25 times and never had a problem

The time it took to check in was crazy. Arrived at midnight got into our room at 1.45am..The fridge didnt work in the room, side table to bed was broken. Was clean and bed was super comfy :) The 2nd day in the room the fuse blew and had to swap rooms which was pretty easy and no fuss just a mare due to having to pack everything up.No issues with this room, except this bed was hard and I woke up with backache I didnt have when I went to sleep.

The property was located only a few stops away from Disney Land Paris and was near local amenities such as convenience stores, chains of restaurants, with a shopping centre roughly 10 minutes away.

Close to train station and Disneyland (by train). Short walking distance to a wonderful bakery and a little street with many restaurants to choose from with a great vibe and atmosphere at night time! On arrival, no towels in room. Went down to reception and after a long wait was given two towels, one of which was grubby and had clearly not been washed. Fortunately, another member of staff arrived at reception. intervened and apologised and we were promptly given two freshly washed towels. Snacks and drinks vending machine in reception area was out of order, but, no "out of order sign" to warn guests, so the machine was happily guzzling up the guests coins and reception staff appeared totally unfazed by this and did not offer any refunds. I was told that the machine would be fixed in about a month's time and I could then claim back my money which I found rather amusing. Rooms were clean and made up every morning. You have to arrive very early or very late for breakfast as not enough tables. It was pretty hot and we only had one tiny fan in our room.

Felt they cleaned well, all the workers we friendly and helpful . The bathroom is very small but we just slept and then left again lol we went to Disneyland and it was cheap and close to the train to get to get into Paris and or Disneyland .
