People of the staff amazing, service in the restaurant to be improved but top people. Special thanks to Arthur reception and for the lovely Veronica, Laia, Marisa, Lorenc and Eugenia in the restaurant. They are definitely the soul of this hotel.

Great dinner and view, it says it’s a golf resort but apparently it’s not available for people who want to practice, the reception told us it’s only for certified players. The spa was unavailable.. the schedule says it’s open from 10 am but I’ve waited for over 30 minutes and no one was there.. reception tried to help without result, it’s a pity as I’ve only booked for this reason and I was very disappointed

The hotel is a great destination, with good facilities. I was however disappointed in some aspects of my stay. Firstly, the hotel is lovely, in a great location. Friendly staff, nice bar terrace and good food. As with any hotel, its the little things that sometime taint the experience. For me, it was a couple of small things. Firstly, the phone in the room was not connected, so I had to pop to reception when I needed assistance with taxi etc. I also found it strange, for a 4 night stay, after I used the 2 complimentary water bottles these were not replaced. I also had "Free Parking" as part of the Hotels.com silver membership. But the hotel clearly had no idea about this. Their free parking is on-street. The secure car park is chargeable. Then, there is the distance from Barcelona. I knew the hotel was out of town, I booked it for this reason, but the taxi services in this area will cost you 70-80 euros each way to get to the Gothic area of Barcelona, something to factor in, should you want to do some sightseeing, and enjoy some wine. But overall, I suspect most people will book here to visit the hotel/spa etc, and for that its a great place.

The Staff are Great, The Bed is comfortable, the Room is spacious. The downside is it is a little cold in temperature and the FOOD is awful.

Sad to say, but the service and the quality in the restaurant and bar where not in line with the hotel. The food were heated in a microwave, and both looked and tasted very bad. I Do not recommend to eat at this hotel.

It’s not a 4 stars hotel at all

2 days before my arrival, I was notified the spa is closed. Two days later I arrived, the spa was still closed. At Check in, the staffs spoke little English but only managed to get the key. Inside the room, the room was nice but apparently looks like a Mediocre renovation .. The AC was not working. Picked up the phone to call front desk but it was not working. When down stairs and I was told they would send someone. I left, spend time with family and returned the next day AC is still not working. Picked up the phone to call, phone is not working.. long story short... someone came to repair said they will spend someone No One CAME!!! ended up sleeping in hot room. At checkout, no one seemed to know or speak English to tell me the staff name.

Nice hotel. Restaurant only serves buffet dinners for $25 Euros/person. Bar meals have a very limited selection. Nice views of golf course and montserrat.

Pool was freezing and was in desperate need of a skimmer...spa was out of order (one of the reasons we booked this hotel)...we were only notified the day we were leaving of this...we paid extra through Expedia to get a premium view...the hotel said they did not have any of those rooms (we booked in April for a Sept trip)...nobody tells you that drinks are included with the supper buffet, so we bought drinks as we were sitting down...servers were horrible, they saw empty glasses and did not offer anything to replace them...our maid left dirty towels in our tub, and left garbage and dirty dishes in our room...there were more issues...but I will leave it at these few.

I did not care for not having transportation for the hotel guest..No place to do your laundry,.no ice machine on the halls..And that the spa was not available for the guest..And that it wasn't any place around that could deliver food to the hotel for guess..that You had to eat only at the hotel..No microwave inside of the guest rooms they didn't put a coffee maker in the until 😒 two days before I checked out..And some of the desk workers was not very nice 🤔.

First let me say it’s a beautiful hotel. However, the rooms spell. One of the rooms was stink with the smell of cigarettes and the other room with the scent from the toilet. The Spa doesn’t work and they will wait until a day or two before your arrival to email you and I realised from other reviews. They food for dinner wasn’t good at all and I felt like we had the same thing offered to us every night. The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was the only thing ate. There aren’t much options for food in the area as the hotel is a good 40 minutes drive from central Barcelona and you might have problems especially with kids. I had to take taxi to train station and 1 hr train to Barcelona just to get food to keep us at the hotel. The best way to enjoy the stay is to rent a car so you can get to places as there is not much to the location but very quiet and not busy which was good for us. 5/10

Very reasonable hotel if you have car when you visit Barcelona

There was no WiFi. It was a ways from Barcelona - 65 to 70 Euros. No hot water one day. The staff were really trying. Judith and Jody were great and provided info we wanted.

I chose to stay in this hotel because of the spa and tranquil area. I paid for 5 nights but only stayed for 2 due to the lack of amenities in the hotel and its surrounding neighborhood and the far/pricey distance to the city. I paid for everything upfront and was understanding that no refunds or cancelations would be given for the days I didnt use. When I called to inform I would be checking in on the14th, they said my reservations were not registered and I had to re-book hotel rooms. some time later, we were able to resolve the issue. Upon arrival, receptionist was cordial. I asked to make appointment for spa treatments, but was informed that the spa was undergoing renovations, so spa amenities were not available. I inquired about alternate options to do in that area, but no suggestions offered. No shuttled transportation available. Dinner buffet was over priced with very few items to choose from. The next morning at aprox. 5-6am, we were harshly woken by loud the thumping (vacuums hitting the wall), furniture being moved around etc. etc. by the afternoon, as we were getting ready to venture out, the electricity abruptly went off, I asked the receptionist about it and she simply stated, "oh yes, they are doing some work in the hotel and they had to cut the electricity for at least 2 hrs." I asked why we weren't notified prior so we could have planned accordingly, but I was disregarded. No empathy or apologies given. scarce dinner options but very $$.
