The sky bar is not as advertised. This is only for private parties and not actually set up any other time. In the fitness center, the two treadmills were not functional during my stay. What was advertised as a 24 hour gym, I was told at check-in actually opens at 7am.

Spacious and clean room. When I checked-in I was not explained about breakfast that was supposed to be included in my package, but other than that staffs were nice and helping. Would recommend this hotel for people who come to Grugaon on business purposes.

Nice hotel in a prime area with staff that are eager to serve.

The hotel is nice, service is pleasant, the rooms are great - very comfortable. Two things that I did not like: (1) the breakfast was average by hotel standards, limited spread, not-so-fresh fruit, chewy bacon, etc, and (2) they refused to give me a late check-out in spite of us having booked 6 room-nights. So the front office staff is probably not empowered to take these calls.

The stay was quite comfortable and I would definetely like to come back to Park Plaza in future. The food was excellent staff was courteous and the room was very comfortable.

I hv written a feedback form when I was in the hotel. The hotel room is clean except the phone in the wash room, it has not been cleaned and very dusty. There is sting of cigarette in the room. Another thing is that the sound proof system needs to improve because I can hear the water running in the neighboring room.

I stay for two week, hotel staff was awesome, food was good, we enjoy the hotel a lot, good room service, small hotel but good, real five star

Stayed here before heading out to DEL airport (which takes 45 mins during evening rush hour). Clean room, good food at restaurant; free internet plus universal electricity adapter in room. Good place to stay.

We travelled to Gurgaon on June 24th for four days. We booked the hotel for its location and the previous reviews, and also because it was one of the only hotels that could accommodate four of us in one room. We requested a cot and a single bed for our daughter. On arrival we were informed that the staff could not fit a single bed into the room, so this meant that our 7 year old had to share the kingsize bed with us. This worked out fine and she was happy. The main thing was that there was a cot in the room for our son and this was provided with fresh crisp linen and some pillows. Everything was very clean and the staff were attentive and very helpful. Everything that you could possibly need was provided in the bathroom, shoe shine, loofah, toiletries inc toothbrush and razor etc. We used the breakfast buffet twice and had breakfast cooked for us. Very happy with the standard of food provided. We ate lunch once at the Great Kabab Factory and the meal was fantastic. Our son who is on a wheat, gluten and dairy free diet was catered for adequately when we asked for something suitable and the staff were informed so they offered us gluten free bread for the morning breakfasts and the room service we had one morning having slept through breakfast (we were a bit jetlagged!). The hotel provided a driver for us (Pankaj) who was brilliant. Very informative about the local area and about life in India when we asked lots of questions. Thank you to everyone at Park Plaza!

we had a nice and reassuring experience at all time of stay in park Plaza hotel im Gorgaon,rooms were clean at all times ,there was not shortage of service or labour,services were regimental and well executed,all personell were willing to serve you as a guest,and nothing was to much for them to do . i will recommend this hotel to every one.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff was super nice. We hired a driver for the 4 days we were in Delhi, Ramjeet - very sweet and trust worthy. He was also an incredible driver in the crazy Delhi traffic.

One thing that strikes out is the ease they put you through-genuinely customer friendly, clean rooms-Totallly an hospitable experience matching with the culture of India

Good location close to the airport. Courteous staff and decent room. Given the outlandish prices in Delhi for quality hotel rooms, this was a good value for the money !

The hotel was amazing. The food was excellent and the room was beautiful. If we were to ever return to India, we would stay the entire time at this hotel.

Close to the airport about 25 minutes if the taxi driver knows where it is located .. it is in the high tech sector of Gurgaeon ...close to all major high tech companies ...excellent friendly staff..excellent breakfast ...very very clean rooms and hotel facilities ..everything that you need is here ...a real value for the rates .

I was surprised at the awesome service I got at this hotel. The staff at the hotel bend over backwards to serve you. This hotel is so westernized, new and clean. Loved it!!!
