The stay was ok but there should have been something to let us know that there was a $25 parking fee. The front desk did not give me a break down of my charges, they just charged my card waiting for my $50 deposit to return to my card. I have never stayed at that hotel and will never again.

I was not Happy that they put me in a Handicapped Room and they said that because I Booked thru Expedia Everyone is Booked in a Handicapped Room so I asked if I can change rooms the Clerk said that there was no Rooms Available and to check back after 12:00 checkout Time so I asked again and she said there were still no rooms available and to check again. I later overheard another clerk on the phone telling someone that there did have rooms available. And also I wanted to change rooms because it was an adjoining room and I could hear the people in the other room and their loud TV which was on all night. They didn’t have Free Breakfast so I offered to pay 14.95 for the Breakfast Buffet which they only had 2 Breakfast items it was 9:45 and they said they weren’t cooking anymore because Breakfast ended at 10:00 so I declined.

This is a nice place to stay if you ever visit Chicago. Is very peaceful and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants in the area decent stews to shop at.. I will stay there again, if given the opportunity.

Very noisy hotel people had a party that lasted entire night until 5am, security came to no avail.

Didn’t like that the maid didn’t even come by to empty garbage or to replace coffee. I didn’t use all the towels and I can deal with unmade bed but garbage and need for coffee in room not optional

Great staff! They offer to hold your bags if you want to get something to eat. It’s done very professionally with sticker tags, and tabs for you to match. It’s the small things for me.

Pretty decent stay. Easy checkin and checkout. Was glad to see the windows open, slightly; just enough to allow a bit of fresh air in. Someone spilled something sticky on the 3rd floor near the elevator. I informed the person at the front desk about it, but it was still there today when I checked out. Overall it was a great stay.

Hotel was great small glitch with cleaning room stayed for two nights. After the first night asked room to be resupplied toiletries and towels. I had to take trash and ask for set of towels. A little irritating rooms are not cheap so was expecting more

I was put out at 9pm by Luz the front desk lady. Her first reason being a noise complaint but when the security came to the room the children were in the bed laying down so when she couldn’t use that she said it was only 4 people to the room and because I had 4 children under 10 and just myself staying that the new reason was because it was 1 to many people. I didn’t know that a single parent with more than 3 kids can’t rent hotel rooms without being put out. I explained that I didn’t have anywhere else for the children to sleep at for the night as we live hours away. I was told to drive home then. While the property itself is nice the staff is horrible. The police and security even tried to talk to the lady and she still made us leave with no refund. If you do go I suggest you read the paper they make you sign at check in because they will try to lie about the policy in your face.

i like how we were treated. the only thing i did,nt like was in our room there was water marked 3.00 this made it look that it was desperate. the afro american that was in charge in the morning should get a raise . she was remarkable

Definitely better options for the price

The property was fine. There is not enough parking but the morning staff was excellent when we were parked in.

Horrible stay- terrible service

Nice property overall. Rooms were comfortable and everything worked well. Gym was comfortable. Lobby and bar has a nice vibe to it. Negatives: paying extra for parking, paying $15 for breakfast, and please turn the music down in the pool room, it's too loud haha!

No issues with my stay. The furniture is dated. Bed comfortable I slept well. Good stay

Very nice area! Several nice hotels in one parking lot. Felt safe being there. There’s also several restaurants close by. Will definitely stay here again if we fly into Midway. We were only about 8 mins from the airport.
