Check into the room went to the room there were ants on the night stand. Trash was in the room, towels were dirty. Semen on the wall and makeup on the chair. I checked out in 15 mins and went somewhere else

The room has a bad smell and tha bathroom was not clean.

Very bad experience , unsafe area to stay , dirty hotel smell , very bad , elevator was blocked by luggage’s trolley , used toilet paper in the bathroom , unclean bathroom , poor breakfast.

The place was worn down, dirty and looked like a prison. Pictures on their site weren’t accurate

Booked last minute, got there and the smell of Weed was through out the lobby, the floor I was given had at least 2 dogs the room had not been cleaned properly as items the previous guest had was still there, the Chair in the room was broken. VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!!!!!! It should have felt like home but it didn't feel like a dorm room

First they told me I had to take my own trash. Then instead or giving me a bill at the end of my stay they demanded that I put my card on file with them "in case there were extra" charges. Took my shoe's off walked from the bed to the bathroom twice and my feet were legit black. Will never go back there again I'll sleep in my car first.

When I first made my reservation I required a room with sofa sleeper however was advised upon my arrival that a different room without sofa sleeper was given to me upon arrival I asked for some add towels as I had traveled quite a ways however I was advised that I’d need to use the towels I had and them bring them back downstairs then I could receive additional towels not to mention my room didn’t seem very clean could smell that a pet had been in the room was not fresh at all, and I advised that the toilet seat was very loose was told I could just go under and tighten it, and the free breakfast never had coffee ready when I came down around 7:30am very disappointing

This place was absolutely disgusting! I have never stayed in a hotel that smelled so bad. I couldn’t even walk into the hallway without a stench. They did not have any extra towels when I asked for some, you also had to ask for extra bedding which they did not have either. I need something close to the airport for an early flight and I will never do this again.

The whole property smells bad. Even the room was smells weed. So I had to check out after 40 minutes of my check in.

AC didn’t work and was promised a refund and then didn’t get one. Never offered a new room, sent maintenance and all he did was unplug it and plug it back in and left. I could have done that. Terrible experience, got zero sleep cause I was roasting.

Friday night, Definitely not worth 184 the night! Breakfast: Packets of Oatmeal! Dirty hallways, elevator. Room clean, beds bellow average kitchen had absolutely no utensils cup pots… had to call and go back down to lobby and carry up what they gave which was only two forks, coffee cups, plates no pots or spoons or bowls

Smelly and dirty room. Towels were stained. I checked out the same night. I felt so uncomfortable, I could not sleep there

Service was excellent but the room itself was in poor condition. The kitchen area had nothing and what was in the room was worn out.

Upon check in, we were told we were going to have to take care of our own trash, there was no housekeeping for our short of a period of stay, and we needed to "exchange" our towels for new ones each day. My partner had asked for a restroom, as we had a long journey and he couldn't wait for the check in to be complete. He was told there were no public restrooms, and was told he needed to wait to get into the room. We then got into the non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. We determined at that point, we couldn't stay in that hotel. My partner used the restroom, washed his hands with the soap provided, and we left the room. We got downstairs to meet the same guy who check us in and explained that due to the smell of cigarettes, netiher of us could stay in that room. He almost argued with me, but did say he would respect my opinion, and went to check the room. He came down with the soap in his hand and said "this counts as use of the room", but he did give us a full refund. After promptly leaving, we noticed many people outside the hotel smoking right next to entryways and windows. Neither me nor my partner felt safe enough to stay on that side of town and wound up spending the same amount of money at a much nicer hotel, downtown.

I am not happy with the service

Stay was good needed more pillows they were flat. Other than that everything was good.

First of all I’m pretty sure this is not a hotel at all but an apartment complex. There did not appear to be any travelers there despite its proximity to Midway airport. The pictures on the website did not at all approximate the room we got. Neither did the “breakfast.” When I went down to get the food there was nothing there so I asked at the front desk. The woman handed me a NutriGrain bar and a muffin. I had to sign a waiver stating k would not have a party or smoke any substance while staying there. The hallway was so hot and not ventilated at all and had a bad odor. I would definitely pay more to stay somewhere else next time.

Room was poorly cleaned. Dirty clothes and paper behind furniture and dresser drawers were filthy

The hotel was not very clean. The smell of cigarette smoke permeated the hallways and my room, although it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The room was dingy & dated.

Everything was pretty good! Compared to the reviews I liked my stay overall.

My stay at Extended Stay Midway was a good one. It could've been alot better if I would've been provided with the total package of kitchenware. I was only provided with half. But I made it work! So overall, I had a good stay!

The hotel smelled upon entry! The room had an order. The police was called to the hotel, because some drug addicts were nearly fighting in the doorway of the hotel. I would like a refund.

Room had dirty/dusty floors and surfaces. One lamp flickered then went out and didn’t work again. There was nothing in any of the cupboards, no plates, utensils, or cups. There was one plastic cup in the bathroom. When I asked if they had plates, cups, or forkes. The front desk acted like I was crazy and after waiting a while he had found three plates, two forks, and one more plastic cup for the four people in our room.

There were some electrical issues around 1am and the house light and bathroom and the tv’s power wasn’t working. Thought a fuse was messed up or something but it wasn’t fixed before I checked out.

The staff was helpful. The physical condition of the room was not so great. Corners of walls were chipped, counter tops were chipped and splitting, kitchen sink drain was all rusted. Bed linens and shower curtain were wrinkled and almost looked slept in. Carpets in the halls did not look cleaned or vacuumed. Needs updating and spruced up!

Easy access to local services. Most reasonably priced Hotel within 15 minutes of Midway Airport. Great for early morning flights from Midway Airport.

No ice maker, no coffee maker in the room, no blow dryer in room - empty ice trays in freezer, had to get a coffee maker/coffee from front desk, and all blow dryers were checked out. Staff very nice!
