Great stay, great breakfast

Rooms were great. Nice and quite. Staff was friendly. Food was basic every morning - eggs sausage patty, apple juice orange juice bread waffle oatmeal and muffins. Overall is was a fairly decent experience and the room was located right in the middle of Hyannis to walk around.

Room rate was affordable, pool and jacuzzi in good clean condition. Free breakfast was great. Friendly staff

The shower was very small but overall it’s only one night so not somewhere I would stay for over a period of time

The vent is very noisy, even louder than the very old AC. AC can be turned off however the vent can't be shut down. We had to use bath towel to cover the vent hole to reduce the dB level. The hotel features 'free parking', however it only allows the hotel guest to park till next 11am. Guests who plan to tour the Nantucket Island will have to find a different place to park. This further removes the reason to stay in this hotel with such a high price. The same price can stay in big hotel chain such as Marriott, IHG or Hyatt which is 10 minutes drive to the ferry terminal.

Very convenient location to shopping, the ferries, and dining. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Check in staff were very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The bathtub could stand to be updated. Overall, a great place to stay for the price.

The hotel is conveniently located and it's easy to walk to restaurants, tourist attractions and shops. The room needed to be renovated, the tub/shower was old, the drain would back up during showers. The real problem was there was a lot of noise in the hallway all during the night. People would stand in the hallway, talking loudly/laughing with no regard for those in the rooms in the area.

Check in was easy, friendly and they let us in early. Older hotel but great location, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Had an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Five minute walk to all the attractions. Right off Main St. with food and lots of things to visit, yet quiet and not crowded.

Comfortable beds, towels replenished daily, bathrooms need updating, strange chemical smell in room, nice to have mini fridge and microwave, no housekeeping service except towel replacement.
Buffet breakfast was decent, not great.

Location was excellent, shops and dining all along Main Street

Had check in issue but the hotel staff was nice enough to honor the original rates. Breakfast was terrible: food ran out quickly and staff wasn’t there to refill them. The indoor pool wasn’t open at the advertised time. Bed and room were comfortable. About ten minutes walk to the ferry station.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Daily room service is superb. Walking distance to all the ferries and a ton of dining options is also a huge plus. Only noticeable “meh”-moment is the super basic included breakfast. Other than that - great place for the price!

The overall hotel room was clean for the most part and had good AC/clean sheets. However, there is a serious drain/piping issue because the bathroom tub drain was completely clogged and we had to move rooms as a result and then the new room’s bathroom sink was draining very slowly where water built up very quickly. This was quite annoying and should not be the case when paying $ >200 per night.

The hotel was very dated. The bathroom was tiny and old. The tv was old, not a smart tv. I paid $300 for a substandard room.

Besides the location the rest wasn't really a blast. The place is quite dirty. The bed sheets, very old and overused. Bad smell. Walls with nasty stains on them. The patio door, sticky and dirty. The small spot we gad access to outside, very dirty,yoghurt stains, trash. The person at the reception tried to help, offering us a different room that was not different. Breakfast ok. In conclusion, for the paid price, it was a poor experience.

I liked that there was NO carpet, the halls and rooms very muggy, there were humidifiers plugged in in each hallway, and yes I understand its a beach town. The outside doors were not locked, the room door had a huge gap. The staff however were GREAT!!!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The walls are paper thin. Carpet disgusting. Our room was full of mold and smelled terrible.
Thankfully all we did was sleep—wouldn’t want to spend any more time in this hotel.

Location is excellent. It's an old property and the rooms show the age. Old carpet; doors not properly fitting frames; a/c window unit put out musty odor. Thin sheets on the bed.

The Comfort Inn was in a great location. Beds were comfortable. Room could have been cleaner (windows dirty and bathroom had corner mold and tub was stained and peeling). The breakfast was little to be desired (cold scrambled eggs and not enough variety of items).

Rooms were nice, good size and clean. Rest of property is alright. Indoor pool area was not the best and breakfast was very basic. The area around hotel is good and lots of dining and shopping options.
