It’s a nice hotel, but isn’t the level of the other four star hotels in Capri the food is very good but the furnishings etc. are quite old

Beautiful view, delicious food , comfortable bed , 7 minute walk to the main square , staff was very helpful araging transportation for our luggage from and to the port , enjoyed our stay

Outstanding service all around. Front desk so helpful, housekeeping attended to our room multiple times a day, delicious breakfast and Salvatore so attentive. We had a balcony with nice view. Pool very relaxing and great location.

The linen and towels were dirty. The shower pressure and temperature varied wildly from burning to cold. You aren’t allowed to eat fruit by the poolside. There were ants outside our room. The advertised Spa does not exist. The library is a book shelf in the reception area.

The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room.

Planned on 2 nights ended up staying 3. The rooms are immaculately cleaned and well appointed. Fourth generation family run hotel. The restaurant was worth the trip alone. Beautiful views. Great location. A/C was a bit weak but otherwise a really great experience. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Easy walk from the main plaza. Room was comfortable with amazing view. Excellent food at the restaurant. The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to assist us. After a few days we felt like part of the family.

The stay was fantastic. Hotel host went above and beyond. Boutique style property with incredible views and well located in heart of Capri. Super clean.

Service was excellent. Large room. Beautiful balcony and view with lounge chairs. Large bathroom with bath tub. Wonderful breakfast and service. Seems like whenever we left the room we came back and it was cleaned up. Would stay here again. Very helpful staff.

What a wonderful stay in Capri! The room had the most beautiful view, the staff was truly amazing, the pool fabulous, etc. And - the restaurant was tremendous! I hated to leave.

It was a difficult to find but well worth it. Staff was great before you walk to the property. There’s plenty of dining options then we walk straight down to the beach and then over the bridge back to the center place was excellent order.

Beautiful hotel owned by a local family. Supper attentive and gentle hosts. Loved my stay. They assisted me with everything I needed during my stay.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants yet far enough to feel private and have amazing views. I had a balcony room that had a view of the pool and the sea which was ideal. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They even helped my ship some boxes home. I also had a lot of dirty laundry when I got there and they had it washed and dried within a few hours. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had in Italy and also had great views. The restaurant served lunch and dinner which I enjoyed both. The only negative would be that it needs some updating and repair but i would not let thay stop me from staying there again.

Capri was stop #2 on our honeymoon in Italy, and the staff at Hotel Vega was beyond exceptional. From the moment we booked, communication was terrific, and my mind was at ease with our choice. Antonio at the front desk was welcoming and informative. He helped us with our daily plans, transportation and provided WONDERFUL dining options off-property, although the meals we enjoyed on the property were fantastico!! Antonio (a different one), who I believe was the manager for the wait staff, made sure our meals and drinks were on point and always greeted us with a warm smile and boisterous "Buongiorno!" Salvador had our morning cappuccinos ready and waiting for us, along with a perfect breakfast to start the day. There was another young girl on staff who I would be remiss not to mention, but sadly I missed her name. (Annaccelo, I think, but apologies if I am mistaken.) Again, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We have not stopped talking about this perfect little oasis we found on Capri to our friends, family, and even people we met along the way, and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for everything!!

Great restaurant, otherwise pretty average stay.

Small hotel with great service. Fabulous pool and restaurant with amazing views. Great location in quiet part of Capri, but still very close to restaurants and great shops. Rooms are simple but are very clean and all have great views!

We loved the views from our room and pool area, staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious each day.

We had a pleasant stay. Hotel was appealing but could use some updates. Rooms were a good size great view and lovely pool.

Beautiful property on Capri with a super friendly and extremely helpful staff. The restaurant was also delightful and the food was excellent. Not one of the newer property’s but I would definitely stay there again! Loved my stay there!

The staff was amazing. We knew the area and the views would be worth the price, but the staff really made the stay incredible!
