The staff were okay but very unhelpful. They told me they didn't know where an ATM machine was despite their own hotel having one next door when I walked around. I also asked about room service that was advertised as open and available but they told me to go to a restaurant and I'm unsure why. The plug sockets are also very inconveniently located in the rooms. However, the room was clean and I had no concerns about hygiene. It will do for a quick one night stay.

Very clean hotel room although dated and in need of a revamp. Adequate for my needs - clean room, bed and a shower! The restaurant and bar are in the sister hotel next door which looks to be more modern with more facilities. If I were to be picky, I would have appreciated a kettle in the room and a shower that is a shower rather than a handheld version over a bath. I had a room at the front near the entrance and this is a bit noisy at night as people congregate outside to smoke but in general a quiet hotel (although a mechanism to stop room doors slamming would be good!). One of the bedside lamps looked a bit dangerous, particularly for children (see photo) and perhaps these shades should be changed.

Hotel was overbooked. Arrived late at 23:30 and had to move to another hotel of same brand. Second hotel was new built and had really nice breakfast and view of small lake

Comfortable room, well equipped, good WiFi, breakfast, service, etc. Reasonably priced (although 9 euro to park on forecourt a bit cheeky, when street parking 20mtrs away we found out later was free). Sister hotel next door has a great bar. Not much in way of surroundings, but for one night more than satisfactory.

Very basic but you get all you need. Unfortunately no Air condition and WiFi very slow. Breakfast Rey good.

We reported it to reception and second day it was done. 3rd day again no cleaning (only fold towels) again reported to reception duty manager come to apologise. Check in took 15 minutes as there is only one member of staff.One night we asked for a taxi to be book for following day at 6.15 am it was 6.25 and no tqxi, we ask reception and they forgot to book it, so urgent call to book one.Area, there is nothing around. Walk 30 minutes into town. Petrol station 5 minutes away to buy essentials.Breakfast basic but ok. General we knew it was a budget hotel but it was terrible dissapointing. Will never go again and definitely dont recommend it

The rooms are clean and big which is there only plus point, the other guests were very clearly audible in every way and although that isn't directly the hotels fault it is a budget hotel for anyone so you get all sorts in there. The free breakfast is a joke as well, vile food I wouldn't feed my dog... All in all I'd advise pay more to enjoy your stay!

The hotel is very conveniently located for those travelling by car. It is simple, but clean. It has a parking lot. Wifi is a bit slow, at time disappears. Bathroom is rather small. TV in the room is old and has limited choice of channels. There is a very reasonable variety of hot and cold dishes available for breakfast. We have stayed in this hotel several times and never had to face a crowded breakfast room. The only minus is awful coffee from the coffee machine. But fresh pastry is very good. Very good value for money.

Very nice and clean hotel, both lobby and the room. Not very far from the city centre. The only con is that one can hear every little thing going on on the floor. For example, you hear when somebody judt tries to enter one's room and I don't want to talk about walking or doing something. All in all, good value for money.

Average experience, room wasn’t that clean but for the price it was ok. The hotel was close to the tram stops but we didn’t feel as if we had any help from the hotel staff

The breakfast was perfect, the room was clean and tidy, they changed the towels daily. The only downside was the lack of ac, but the heat was tolerable. The location is also good, less then 15 minutes to the center

We needed a hotel for a concert. It was the best location. Close to everything we wanted to see.

Breakfast is very good value. Centre is a fair walk away but it is opposite the exhibition centre, so great for depending on what you are in Brno for.

A really comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Whilst the hotel is a little dated, it has large and well thought out rooms as well as an excellent breakfast. The restaurant provided a high quality dinner that was very enjoyable with local dishes available for a good price. Highly recommended.
