When i checked in i asked for a room on a higher gloor and i was told there was only one room available and it was on the ground floor. When getting to the room i checked the window and it did not lock dispite having a sign reminding you to lock the window for your security. I went back to the front desk she told me all the windows are like that and she couldnt offer any other room. We asked to speak to a manager and she said there wasnt one on site. I asked if she could call one and she couldnt reach anyone. We asked for a piece of wood to put in the window.

Pros: all of the hotel staff are very nice. The beds were very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was good. Real eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal with toppings, muffins, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, milk, yogurt, coffee, and juice.
Cons: the elevator is out of order so we had to carry everything up and down from the 3rd floor which isn’t a deal breaker for me just something to be aware of. The A/C is the thing that would keep me from booking again. It would shut off every hour even though I had it set to constantly be on! I woke up sweating every time and had to reset it to get it to kick back on even though it was set much lower than current room temp. This is a major deal breaker for me. I would have just opened the window if possible but we couldn’t.

Everything was excellent except door closing very loud on the first floor- so it’s a bit annoying when people go in and out early morning you can hear other doors closing loudly but overall a wonderful stay!

This was a last minute booking after a frustrating incident at another location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Springhill Suites are always a preferred by my family because they are roomy and feature a trundle bed instead of a fold out. We were very thankful to find this one.

First night above our room 130 lots of stumping noises at 9pm-10pm, my husband has to come up to the second floor lots of teenagers running around the hallway

The staff here is amazing! They helped get me in at a great time after my mom’s surgery. The air conditioning was not working properly, and I mentioned it as we were going to an appointment. When I came back IT WAS ALREADY FIXED! I am so thankful for their help during my hard trip!

The thermostat for the AC was set and locked by the hotel. The AC only kicked in when the room temperature is 70F, which was too warm for me to sleep. I can hear traffic noise late at night from the highway outside the window.

I had mistakenly booked an incorrect night at this hotel. I had asked the young girl at check in, if there were any vacancies for tonight. She said no they were completely booked. It was late and we were exhausted and needed a place to stay asap. I went online and checked the same hotel for vacancies and there were multiple available. I booked, and then went I back to check in. I asked the girl if 3rd party availability were different from the actual hotel availability? She said no but possibly someone cancelled!!! Then she said she thought I wanted to book for the next day and not tonight. Are you kidding me !!! This girl had here head in the clouds somewhere contributing to my negative review. The place is actually nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again but this employee just needs to get it together and provide accurate information to customers.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful and kept the coffee fresh. The breakfasts were good. Our blow dryer was on it’s last leg and the TV had some issues, but overall, great stay.
