Came to NY for a hospital procedure. This hotel was the closest to Mt Sinai hospital. The only missing thing is the hotel does not have a restaurant where one can pick up an easy breakfast or snack. Other than that it is more than adequate

Check in was super fast & easy . However there were lots of kids hanging out outside the hotel . Also ballet parking was ridiculously expensive .

Convenient to Subway, places to eat and good price for the location.

Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Lobby was clean, housekeeping staff paid attention to room daily. A/C unit in room was pathetic, could not do anything to help with heat and humidity, even when aided by box fan provided by staff. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Those two factors made this hotel a poor value for the cost.

No cleaning, poor service.

Overall was good but one of the front staff female was not courteous at all . She was not behaving good since some of my credit cards were declined so she gave me a cols shoulder while she was behaving candidly with other guests. Breakfast optiin was not there so its a negative also parking option was v expensive by this property. Regardss

Easy to access, pleasant and comfortable

It was a good stay for 2 nights and 3 days….love the fact you can stash your stuff before your actual check in and after you check out….awesome!!! Thank you!!! Only complaint need more than one ice machine in the basement!! Pick a couple of other floors to put one on.

The room was clean but very small for the price. I get it is manhattan but the room sleeps 4 but only has 1 chair and a small space. It was well located though with wuick access to busses and LGA access.

Good property conveniently located near a lot of dining options. Cane's Chicken, In and Out, Panera Bread, Chipotle, and other are within walking distance. The pool is small and tends to get loud. Conveniently located near San Diego Safari Park.

Lots of humidity in the AC in the room that made us feel sick. We couldn’t wait to get out of this hotel.

A/C didn't get room cool enough, one day hot water didn't work in shower and bed was uncomfortable.

No suplies like Creem Kleenex Tisshu box No pen no paper i felt like cheap hotel . When they charge so much they need to better.

We just returned from Marriott Upper East side for one night for our daughters graduation . The hotel is conveniently located on the Upper East side NYC with easy access to FDR and subways for transportation etc. During our stay unfortunately our AC in the room was not functioning properly which made it very uncomfortable at night to sleep on account of the humidity and very high temps in Manhattan during the heatwave. Upon check out I mentioned this to the staff and left the property. To my surprise one hour later I received a call and email from a very helpful employee namely JEFFREY OSTERER DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS he mentioned that he had already refunded my entire stay for the inconvenience! Needless to say we were exceptionally impressed with the customer service here and how this matter was resolved ! Highly recommend the Hotel!

Front desk staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

I would place 5 in cleanliness but I saw a lot of dust in the lampshade and the light near the window. They gave us a lot of towels though. Upper east side is a nice area quite like the suburbs in Chicago. Overall I gave a 4.

Hotel is very outdated and definitely needs to be renovated. Carpet is very old and dirty, as well as the bathroom. Great location, but expensive.
