We had a wonderful stay! Me and my husband decided to take a two day trip to Destin, Florida to just get away and our experience with The Residence Inn was beautiful.

The stay was very nice but when you book a room for four adults you would think they would have the bedding for the pullout couch in the room but I called shortly after we checked in an he said he would send it right up we left to go an get food for dinner an left two people there so there was two people there to get the bedding from them we got back an they still didn’t send it up I had to call again he brought it up but he forgot to bring the pillows an the two blankets I asked for he brought up two towels instead of blankets an they don’t have enough coffee in the room for two nights at all if the room is set up for 4 people then the bedding should be in the room there breakfast was outstanding

My stay was good. Only issue was in the two bedroom suites one bathroom didnt have water. I called the front desk and issue was resolved, quickly.

Waived the usual pet fee because of hurricane Helene. Let me check in with my dog at 10:30 am. Desk staff was very helpful and the hotel is in an area with many dining options. Will definitely stay there again.

It's hard to find the exact words to explain how incredible this property and it's staff are! Everything was on point! The Continental breakfast would rival any restaurant in quality and flavors. 10 out of 10, looking forward to staying again

The newly renovated Residence Inn was fantastic. The rooms were roomy, clean & comfortable. We like the kitchen (refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, sink & all the utensils). The bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance is shopping, movie theater and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great! Check in was super quick and easy. Once we got to our room, we noticed our tv wasn’t working and the staff got it fixed within a few minutes! Great service!

Great hotel and location. My only issue is they are making you pay to use their WIFI now. I use to be a program member and I was told by the employee, you now have to pay a fee.

Really clean, in good shape and walking distance to restaurants and movie theater.
Pool was clean and had a grill for BBQ as well.
Breakfast was also hot with some really soft waffles.

No issues at property , apparently the rooms had an uplift from our last stay there , which is nicer . Breakfast was just average , need more variety . The shower curtains were placed to high so water kept coming out when we showered . Need to lower the curtain bar. Other than that , good stay

From the moment we entered the lobby and seen how Marco was friendly and kind, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Very clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The room was very clean on arrival, but room was not cleaned during the entire stay. The guest service next was attentive when called.
The room ac unit was very loud and had to keep temperature very low to keep cool. The end rooms noisy.
