Stay here when I visit. Best in area. But could use some upgrades. Better mattress and better towels but the staff is great and always friendly

The first night the room smelled like roach spray and the remainder od the stay the room smelled like urine.

Room was clean but there was water damage by the hall closet.

Very nice stay after a long day of driving. Check in was quite, ample parking, snacks and water at the desk was nice. My room was superb. Very spacious, with a king bed, comfortable desk chair, and other amenities. The bed was quite comfortable, and I woke up pretty well rested. Breakfast was also excellent.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating in spite of the world wide software fiasco. They adjusted and kept on moving on. The facility is dated and could use sone upgrading.

Not bad but just a few things. The fitted sheet kept coming off during the night so that was frustrating. The back door downstairs was out of order the entire week and that was a bit of an inconvenience. The floor in the shower was soft and was destabilizing for someone like me with vertigo. Otherwise very pleased.

The young lady at the front desk was wonderful and cleaning staff, especially Crystal was superb.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at HAMPTON and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The hotel amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Manning SC.
