Possibly the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. Cockroaches, room in poor condition, felt "nasty'. Also, Wifi didn't work with a Mac laptop and no maid service for the room when I stayed 2 nights.

1.gave us only 2 towels for 4 people-when asked for 2 more towels they said they would see what they could do- no towels ever came 2. Curtain to room was so worn it let in light immediately at sun rise - see pic 3. Spoke with cleaning person when we left for the day to tell them we are leaving so they can go clean room - came back at 8pm And room was never touched -when asked front desk they said you have to sign up if you want your room cleaned 4. Open drywall in ceiling and rotting floor in bathroom see pics 5. Refrigerator was never defrosted from major major ice build up soo everything froze - whatever!!

The room reeked of marijuana. Shower was sub par. The neighboring room played a football game on the TV at 5AM, and we could hear it - plus any time someone walked by. At least they had a waffle maker.

Didn't get the room I reserved. People wandering outside, noisy. I was woken at 12:30 by people running, yelling and laughing outside.

I had to take a double even though I had reserved a non-smoking room with a queen bed. The room had a funky smell. The bathroom had dirt and damaged tiles. There were no hangers. The floor was dirty and there were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. $189 a night was way too much for the quality of our stay.

There was no hot water in bath, shower or sink. Light above sink mirror flickered so much that face care needed to be done in the dark or by phone light. Front desk staff was polite and tolerant.

When I got to the room, there were two used washcloths left in the bathroom and the bathroom floors were dirty. I called the desk and told them about my discovery. I asked them to send someone after I left. The housekeeper came immediately and insisted on getting the washcloth in the midst of me changing my clothes. I went to the desk and asked them to send someone to clean my bathroom. When I returned around 1030pm, the bathroom floors were still dirty. Last, my TV did not work.

It's a very basic property. Clean with very basic amenities. No hangers, no closet and very small rooms. The AC worked fine. No elevators, so travelling with big suitcase, not an easy task. Stairs are very narrow. No helpers around to help with luggage. Breakfast is just waffles, canned juices and codd

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell in the bathroom 144 room

This place is a dump. It’s in dire need of major repairs and renovations. The beds are mushy . The WiFi rarely worked. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Very friendly staff!

Got the room for 2 nights(Friday & Saturday) and had no power in our room 161 the second night and found bed bugs. The 2 guys that worked the front desk was rude and just wanted to brush me off. They would not let me speak to a manager and was told i'd have to come back on Monday to talk to a manager about my issues & to be reimbursed. I have pics & videos

I didn’t like the already packaged eggs horrible pre cooked eggs a hard noo

Looked like prostitutes hanging out of the rooms, loud music playing at night, super noisy a/c, gross bathroom, bright lights outside rooms. Left after we couldnt sleep

Clean and well put together.

The Hotel is okay and accommodating staff is okay and is customer friendly enjoyable stay.

The property was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. The room smelt very cleans and the linens looked good. The ac was blasting which helped on a hot and humid day.

Booked this hotel after pop up trip to White Plains airport. Uber'ed over and driver mentioned this hotel not very nice. As we pulled in he said "Yeah, there's the prostitutes - be careful, half of them are guys". I should have told him take me back to the airport immediately but I went in the office anyway to check in. Manager said no rooms available. I showed confirmation number and proof of payment - still no rooms available. I tried to go online to book elsewhere and found the cell service spotty. That's when I started to feel very uncomfortable. I was in a bad area, minimal cell service, and had no transportation. Finally got enough service to get an Uber out of there. Cherry on top was Orbitz refused to give me my money back - said it was non-refundable. Guess I should be thankful I didn't get raped, mugged, or a communicable disease. Run! don't walk from this one.
