The staff was friendly and quite pleasant.

The housekeeping was non existent. We had to request towels. The bathroom was too small.

Nice to have a good breakfast provided. Located in close proximity to my family whichi was visiting. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fix the second elevator

Nice pool - but I didn’t have time to use it. Next time! I wish it was open a little later, though.

Reported the air conditioner in our room screamed at the end of every cycle. Hall carpet was covered with a white powder substance for two days. was advised by front desk person that a pet had urinated on that floor and they were supposed to have cleaned it Thursday night. Reported it on Friday am. We believe it was insect related. shower curtain rod is straight so curtain sticks to you. Couch is dirty. very few hangers in room.

The microwave, the iron and ironing board and the bathroom mirror were all removed. To get a microwave we would have had to pay $15 more. No newspaper

The staff were courteous, helpful, and polite. The breakfast was very good. The price was a little high.

The bed was the worst. Not only did you immediately sink into the middle but the mattress cover and fitted sheet seemed to small, both kept coming of the mattress. I thought the room was on the small size.

I have stayed with you before and found the facilities and location perfect. I would stay again. Coffee 24/7 is wonderful. I didn't have breakfast ala carte but was told the eggs were imitation and left something to be desired.

I booked with an agent and there was some confusion about my 2nd day's stay. It was rectified at check-out but it had already been handled with my booking agent prior to our arrival and we were disappointed to have to resolve the issue again at the site.

The bathroom felt old and wasn't cleaned that well. The faucet head was loose and a bit hard to use because of it.
