They offered laundry service on the reservation but upon arrival we discovered the laundry service is external and they provide the number but you have to set it up yourself which made it difficult to communicate for someone who does not speak fluent spanish and we had to wait for the pickup of our laundry. this was inconvenient for us.

Service and location was great. Coffee was never replenished in room.

Staff was very friendly and made every effort to accommodate even though we speak very little Spanish. Staff made us feel like we were at home.

I really liked that the hotel was in a quiet area near downtown and malecon. What I did not like was that the elevator broke down and we had to take the stairs all the way up to 5th floor more than one time

Over all pretty good, but no room safe or hand towels in room. The bed is kind of small, not as big as a Queen.

I have been a customer of this hotel for 36 years, every time I visit Veracruz. I love the easy walkable distance to shopping dining and see attractions. It is clean, quiet and the staff is friendly. I booked online my reservation and they booked same reservation 3 times, I called the online reservation and the front desk told me that they will try to sell the extra 2 reservations and return the money to me. I guess that never happen, I did not hear from them. I love my visit as always... just was to expense couple paying the price to 3 reservations instead of one.

I like that it was walking distance from the best part of the beautiful city of Veracruz. It was quiet and peaceful, very friendly staff , nice restaurant right downstairs, loved it!

i didn't like the price

There was no parking spots and I had to park in the middle of the street to get my luggage out. There were no bell boys to open the front sliding doors and help me carry my luggage up to my room. There was no hot water in my room and the view into a middle cube was dirty and horrible with pigeon droppings . I let them know the next day I had no hot water and they said they were going to fix it, but did not. I had to complain again several times for them to fix it. The Wii Fii was super weak and terrible every day and I could not even connect to FB o other web sites with my Lap Top. The front desk never answered calls and I had to go down there in person for communicate with them. No safe in the room. And the valet parking was super slow bringing my car around. I was not happy. The worse was not having god internet connection. The icon remained at only 2 lines the whole time instead of the usual 5 lines. The front desk morning attendant girls were unconcerned and uncaring and not helping. They gave me always the lame excuse that the poor internet connection was due to many people logged in at the time, but even when I Tried to log in at 3 in the morning the connection remained at two lines and super weak. I asked for a room transfer even if I needed to pay up more and it was not granted. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Only thing is they don’t have a hair dryer, only by request, no microwave or fridge either, but the service is excellent, rooms are always clean. the buffet as well as room service is amazing and everyone is incredibly nice.

This is a hotel we have been visiting for more the 30 years and really love the location. perfect corner, you can see the craft vendors in the Malecon by your hotel windows during the day and by night the view is spectacular. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The have a nice pool in the top of the hotel 6 floor. the best rooms are at the corner and the suit is fantastic. very close distance to walk to the center and any place you want. Good restaurants, aquarium, tours, etc. one thing will love to see improve is that the staff in the reception can be train to be more informed about services, going the extra mile and be more helpful to out of the country customers. I ask about a Covid -19 testing place and I was given a vague response, like if you ask a pharmacy they will know. I have couple more examples like that. like I said this hotel has many memories for my family and love it .
