It was ok. Bathroom shower dirty. Employees nice. Checked out early.

One of the best hotels in Perrysburg. When I'm in town I look here first. Affordable, clean, easy access to amenities. I've probably stayed here 10+ times. Never fails me.

I loved the way the jucuzzi tub and shower were set up. The room was clean and comfortable . The staff was amazing !

Stayed one night. The price was reasonable for a good location to visit Toledo Zoo. Room was clean and the service was good. Ps: kids like the breakfast at there.

We needed a place to stay while on the road driving. This was a very nice hotel. It was extremely clean and comfortable.

Sydney greeted me upon arrival. She was awesome!

Room was amazing, hot tub Jacuzzi was amazing addition and the waterfall shower was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet wasn't working correctly, not connected fully to the floor but everything else was amazing.

The person working at the he front desk was very accommodating. Our room was very damp and didn’t smell good. The bathroom fan wasn’t working. Breakfast was good and the fitness room and breakfast area were clean.

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything you needed. I would stay here again!

Bathroom was NOT clean

It was back off the main drag, a little bit, behind some buildings. Felt slightly cut off from the main road. There is though easy access for stores or restaurants on that main drag. Didn’t see a lot of staff and the parking lot was in the back. Breakfast was not the greatest, but the coffee was good.

OK. you get what you pay for.

My stay was from Friday to Sunday at this location. There was cookies or cereal crumbled up in the lounge chair in the room. Instead of it being cleaned up, they flipped the cushion over to the other side. The walls show significant water damage and wall paper replaced near the lounge chair area was thrown on the wall. On Sunday, the fire alarm was set to get everyone up and out before checkout. Never again!

Proximity to interstate

The hotel was a lot nicer than I expected. super comfortable beds. The only thing I wish they listed was ingredients in their waffle mix. I ended up having an allergic reaction because they didn’t list there being nuts in the waffles.

The front desk staff was dismissive in regards to my stay because i had booked with a third party. They also required a $250 incidental deposit which was more than the room! No pool, dirty covers and sheets, a manager that is not only not at the establishment but does not have a number to be reached. We were also awoken at 0830 from loud noise from upstairs and the housekeepers slamming doors. This is addition to our socks being black at the bottom from the dirt of the carpet. Not only that, but upon checkout i was told they couldnt give me a reciept showing that they refunded me the incidental fee because i booked woth a third party. The continental breakfast is terrible, so much so that we chose to skip it and eat elsewhere. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all.

When I came into the room initially, I noticed that it was in need of some serious updates as the walls and carpet were definitely showing their age however I was impressed by the amenities. That changed though, when I saw the condition of those amenities. The Jacuzzi tub had a line of soap scum around it. It was absolutely disgusting; It looked like it had not been cleaned or addressed since the previous guest. The shower, although very spacious was gross. It looks like housekeeping did not even rinse it out following the previous guest is there was unidentified stuff in the corners all around the shower. Some of the grout lines in the shower contained the same stuff. In the bathroom, many of the grout lines were missing or broken close to the shower, and there was a significant accumulation of dirt in the corners, like the floor had not been thoroughlycleaned in years. I called the front desk and the Jacuzzi was taken care of before my significant other got there (I would still not use it), but the overall condition of the room will seriously affect my being a repeat customer at this location.

Not so clean made it feel run down

Our check in was quick and easy and very friendly. Mark was very cordial and explained everything very well. We had a wonderful stay.

I really loved how their Jacuzzi Suits was set up. They were cheaper than where I normally went in Monroe Mi. Everything was extremely close and convenient. There was plenty of food and shopping all extremely close to the hotel. There was Restaurants ranging from fast food to sit down diners. Also walking distance to most of these was all maybe a 10 minute walk if needed.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel is just old. Lots of construction going on at the entrance. Some unpleasant smells in the room and around the property. Breakfast was pretty tasteless and coffee was really weak. Should have charged a little less, then just recommend First Watch restaurant out front.

This hotel was pretty dirty with a bad smell. Positive is the beds were comfortable.

My first review was awesome, i really enjoyed my stay and felt welcomed by the front desk young woman during my first stay in a jacuzzi room. This stay however, not so pleasant. The woman that checked me in and out was very nasty, short and rude. I felt it was not only because I am a black woman but also because I booked with expedia because she mentioned it more than a couple times in a very condescending tone. Very snippy and short. I will not be visiting this comfort inn again. It was not very inviting or clean, even when i walked to get food across the way at cracker barrel. I can tell they do not really like black people in their space. I will never beg to pay money where i am openly not wanted. Keep in mind, you have to pay a 250 deposit and the doors are not even secure, sheets are dirty, my room had plywood sticking out from under the bed and there was holes and random stains throughout the room. No entrance in the front door and the back door is propped open for any one to enter the building. terrible snobby service, being treated less than in a place that is less than the person they are judging.

Clean but don’t wait for breakfast. They closed it 5 minutes before but they were willing to let me pick up some stuff.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but it smelled bad. Either the air ducts were not clean and/or the carpet needed deep cleaning or replaced. There was no way to open a window even a bit to get some fresh air. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful especially when I asked for an air freshener. I do not like stinky hotel rooms. Breakfast was okay but adequate.
