We were just passing through and this is what we needed. The hotel was clean. The only downfall was how expensive the food options were. Breakfast was almost $100 for mediocre food and slow service.

It was good. Hotel could use some updates starting to look dated.

Great service and excellent food. Room was well appointed and comfortable although the mattress was a little worn/ low in the middle. I would stay here again for sure!

This was, by far, the nicest accommodations we had during our trip out west. Rooms were clean, quiet, and quality. Staff was friendly. Amenities were plentiful. Sleep was peaceful. Even though our kids got noisy sometimes, I think the rooms were soundproofed enough to not disturb other guests. I will definitely look to this place when we come through again.

Booked hotel to catch a shuttle to airport and when I checked in, found out that the shuttle starts at 8 am and we have a 7 am flight. Also purchased a few snacks and waters and the total was $40…outrageous! First time at Marriott and won’t be back

I loved the staff and the cleanliness and just about everything about this hotel! If your coming here to stay for a bit for a business trip or even just for a day to get to another destination it’s a great place.. only drag is that u have to pay for parking and food “breakfast and dinner”

Super easy check in process, we were an after midnight check in & if wasn’t difficult at all

The room was a king with a sleeper sofa. When using the sleeper sofa the room is so small you can’t walk from the bed around the sleeper sofa to get to the bathroom.
We had to shift the furniture around to get enough space to get through.
We have stayed at Bonvoy hotels for years & have never had this problem. Besides, this was probably the most we paid for a 1-night stay.
I was very disappointed with our stay.

Hotel was clean but it was difficult to find a cup of coffee in the morning.
Bistro opened at 6:30, when I needed to leave and the line of people was too long for me to wait.

My hair dryer was broken, called down to front desk three time because they didn’t answer. Finally got ahold of someone who said they would check on if they had an extra and bring it up. I ask them to call me back either way so I wasn’t waiting up all night, never heard back. Pool was also the smallest hotel pool I have ever seen.

Rooms are dated. Hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. We didn’t complain as we’re not like that, but what pushes me over the edge is a stupid $10 fee that showed up on my visa for parking our car. Have you ever been to Grand Junction? Pure gouging!

The property certainly reflected its advanced age and, regrettably, the bedding resulted in an unpleasant skin reaction. I also came across a staff member whose manners were less than appropriate. Unfortunately, it fell short of the standards I usually associate with the Marriott brand. I would suggest reconsidering your options and looking for alternative accommodations.

The receptionist, unfortunately, displayed a less-than-professional demeanor during my visit. Instead of providing a pleasant service, she made me rather uncomfortable in front of numerous others. As someone who reserved two rooms, I anticipated a certain degree of respect and consideration. Find a different place to stay.

I didn’t stay at this hotel, I checked in and bathroom was dirty, it had used toilet paper and it smelled disgusting, it was really noisy, I left the property, didn’t spend 20 minutes there, I need a refund since I didn’t used your property

Chintzy. $10 to park a car.Don't most people checking into a hotel in Grand Junction arrive by car? Just a hidden nuisance fee. Two people-two coffee 'pods'-one regular, one de-caf. Complementary hot water available in the lobby. Come on!!
