Booked an accessible bathroom room for on the way home from surgery that wasnt all that accessible. It was VERY far away from the elevator, which on crutches & 1 leg, felt like it took forever to get to. No bench or seat for the bathtub, standing only, so I couldn't shower. When you flipped the light switch to turn off the light, it also turned off the refrigerator & TV, so had to have 1 of the workers, who lived there, come in & remove the light bulbs for the ceiling fixture. Elevator had a heavy cigarette smell. If you're a light sleeper, the AC/heating uint is very loud. As for the breakfast thats included, there was barely anything to choose from - muffin, oatmeal or cereal. I definitely regretting staying here

For the price we paid, this place was filthy. The elevator looks like the walls and floor hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The room: stain on bedding, paint peeling in bathroom, coffee maker didnt work, carpet gross, open shampoo container in bathroom.

It was odd that no one was waiting at the front desk upon check-in.
Room smelled musty - we kept the window open the entire time.
Continental breakfast was "ok" - most hotels offer more choices.
Front entrance smelled of smoke at night.
We could hear people walking in the room above us.

Good price/rate, but there was garbage everywhere. There weren’t garbage cans anywhere. Inside or outside of the hotel. The outside of the hotel and particularly the parking lot was disgusting. Tons of garbage. Nothing is maintained outside.

i had a family of four and had a double bed to get there and they only had a one bedroom for me, very irresponsible and refused to discount me.

When I got there for check-in room wasn’t ready they didn’t know when it was gonna be ready. It just wasn’t me there was a few other people waiting for there rooms with no answers just really bad excuses. I stayed here a few years ago it was nice but now it’s run down a little dirty and the room was smelly and damp.

Area was questionable. Pool had dead bugs in it and was painted dark so hard to tell if it was clean. Bed was fine but had no bedding for sofa bed. Staff was very nice.

Never infored that the key cards to the rooms weren't working. Evey time we left the room we had to get someone to let us back in. One time took almost 10 minutes.
The back and side entrances were left unlocked due to the key cards not functioning properly, so anyone could just walk in.
The A/C to the building wasn't working properly in the lobby, hallways, elevator and pool area.
We only stayed because it was to late to cancel

This is my second stay at this La Quinta and for the money it can’t be beat. Staff was having some technical issues with their system, but went out of their way to make it as easy on guests as possible.

The room was clean, large enough, and very comfortable. However there was no AC in the lobby and there were no keys to the room. An employee had to walk you to room and unlock the door.

The a/c on 1st floor broken ,the only staff that spoke English was the checkin person. The breakfast buffet was terrible coffee was cold the eggs ran out and were not refilled the landscaping around the building was not maintained and when we checked out my wife asked for a receipt and the staff at the front desk said we don’t give receipts

We stayed for almost a week and had a very poor experience with housekeeping. Despite our reminders for housekeeping/cleaning before leaving the hotel, to our horror, the room was not cleaned. The manager didn’t address our complaints either. We will not be staying here again.

This is clearly a low-end facility but overall it was ok. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The A/C worked well. One thing that annoyed me was that despite my completing my check-in online, the check-in agent asked all the same things that I had already answered online (including taking a copy of my driver's license, which I had already uploaded to the online check-in portal). When I asked about this I was told that online check-in is still "under development and doesn't always work". What kind of crap is that? The free breakfast was pretty lame; almost everything was just packaged stuff. The one fresh item, a bowl of fruit, was swarming with flies; gross!

Started off trying to switch my reservation to a queen suite when i booked a 1 bedroom suite saying the hotel was over booked. Old pizza crust stuffed in the pullout couch. Refrigerator was dirty and microwave had old food all over it. Counter was dirty and dirty dishes in the sink. Worst experience and have pictures for proof..

Did not like this property it was very pricey, and the quality of hotel was horrible, dirty. The pool area was dirty as well as the gym. You can tell they never cleaned around it, also there was only 1 employee in the building, there was not enough towels to wash with worker stated they were all dirty. No extra sheet for the extra bed, this was the worst Quinta we ever stayed in this far. Do not recommend if you want to be comfortable, but if you just need a basic room and need to sleep for the night, I will do just that. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Everything fine except super noisy neighbors carrying on well past midnight. Complained to the front desk and they came up to address. Noise still didn't stop right away but eventually did.

Location is good. Service by maids and front desk was very poor. Comfortable bed but not warm enough for sleeping. Tv had a lot of channels available. Not enough towels.
