Pretty grim stuff here. Depressing place. Double charged for the deposit, and the sorriest "free breakfast" you ever did see. Fine for a night if needed but best avoided if at all possible.

Clean, quiet no frills but reasonably priced. Grab and run breakfast. A couple of miles to the airport. I would stay there again.

The bed was not comfortable and the A/C was loud and while it is on, the room is very cold and when you switch it off, the room is hot. The shower tub was clogged.

The motel is well taken care of and has nice staff. However, skip the breakfast unless you want a diabetic fit as it’s a surgery pastry and a couple of sweet cereals ☹️.

No smoking yet reeked of cigarettes, which made sweeping and rest as a whole there atrocious

The hotel is good for the price - if you need a clean place to sleep and take a shower, it gets the job done! But what really stands out about the place is the excellent customer service. We had made some booking mistakes (on our end) and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Their attention and courtesy is what will have us coming back again!

Super Comfortable bed! Excellent customer service! Great location! Easy parking. Quite a small room. Awkward set-up with luggage rack and clothes hanging rod behind fridge but at least there is a fridge and a microwave! AC works well and is not too noisy. Nice to have a chair other than just a desk chair. One annoying thing: the bathroom light is on a motion sensor with no way to turn it off so if someone gets up in the night a bright light wakes everyone up! They really need to make the motion light a night light or better yet put an off switch on it. Other than that no complaints.

The TV system was too complicated. It required two remotes that were not clearly marked as to what controls what.

...easy to get to and had adequate parking. There are no nearby "sit down" restaurants within walking distance. There was a Subway within walking distance. Coffee in the morning was weak.

This was the least expensive non smoking room I could find near Albany, and it meet my expectations. The location is quirky, tucked in a wedge between roads. I'm not sure that the bed had fresh sheets. But the people were friendly, the room and building smelled fresh, and it was exactly what I needed for this particular trip.
