Great stay! So clean and accommodating. Definitely recommend this Sheraton location!

Dog friendly!!

This is still my favorite hotel in Rockville and I stay there about 16 nights each year. It has free parking, very comfortable rooms, and a friendly staff. The restaurant is now back to operating mornings and evenings. Easy location to get in and out but being on a dead-end street there's no through traffic.

Expected more from Sheraton. We were moved a couple of times due to the condition of the rooms.

Nice hotel but a bit dated than what I would expect. Internet was not very reliable. Beds were very worn out and not very comfortable.

Hotel sent a message day of arrival saying we had been relocated to a sister property nearby. Showed up at midnight and they had not been informed of this relocation, and of course the property was sold out. No help was offered to assist in finding a property and I ended up driving 55 minutes to the nearest available hotel.

Only problem we had was 1/4 roll of toilet tissue in the room. This was quickly corrected by the staff. Great hotel!

The rooms are clean but the elevator smells like rotten seafood and the lint windows need cleaning.

I'm usually a big Sheraton fan. However, three major issues with this room: One, the shower had neither hot water nor water pressure at 9pm in the evening, rendering the shower unusable. Had to shower at 4am if I wanted usable water. Two, the air in the room was so dry that it caused major throat discomfort within three hours. In my 50 years, I've never experienced air quality like this in a Sheraton. Three, the bathroom had entry door on a 45-degree angle, which opened into the toilet, significantly affecting seating area. Had to position body at an angle. If there are other available hotels in the area, I will not choose this one. Shame.

The service was great. Very efficient and friendly check in. The server at the restaurant was svery nice k efficient. The hotel is a little dated. But still good.

I travel to the DC area for business and this is my default stay. I normally stay for 3 to 4 days and find it the best for my stay. Keep up the great service!

Saturday...room not sorted...otherwise, my stay was perfect

I needed a place to stay when a family member was in the hospital. It was fine for me.

As I said on checkin, the was no luggage rack in my room. Having a disability, it’s hard to have my suitcase on the floor. Also, no clock?? Why?? I stay here often and these items were disappointing. Also, I tried for 5 minutes to call the front desk with no one answering. I had to call from my cell phone directly to the hotel to get an answer, and then they answered on the 2nd ring. When I asked about it there was silence. Not Good 🙁

So nice and quiet. Enjoyed having the onsite bar for a nightcap.

I was happy with the Hotel. Some of the guests were not quiet. This is not normal at this hotel. I often stay here when I am in the area for business.

Initially I was given room 339 and there was a cockroach. I called to font desk and they promptly moved. The staff was lovely and they are not the issue. I was then given room 420, this morning when I woke up there was another cockroach crawling on my suitcase. This is unacceptable.

Wonderful staff, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Two night stay, close to Metro. We will stay here again.

My stay was nice. Helen in the bar was a delight!

It was a nice location and pretty close to RIO shopping area. Clean and good size room. However in our club room there wasn’t any hot water so showering was unpleasant. By the time maintenance came we were checking out anyway.
