Did not get the beds we purchased. Dirty room. When moved to another, the television had no service.

Did not provide me with what I choosed for

The room was dirty. The shower was not cleaned. There was dirt in the bottom of the shower when we walked to the door and we opened it roaches went everywhere and then we go inside and there’s cockroaches crawling on the wall in the bathroom sink on the counter. It was disgusting.

I liked the location. However, the property allows smoking and the white towels were stained and grimey.

Too much noise everywhere no order whatsoever

Smell really humid, bathtub where clogged, cockroaches, make my reservation 2 months ahead with double beds and they changed when we arrive for single beds withoutany discounts, they don't provide enough toilet paper, don't have extra towels ready when you ask for, the beds are really old and bad the bathroom fan didn't work highly not recommended.

Not a very appealing look from the outside. Had an uncomfortable feeling when we arrived. Not at all what I expected. We had previously stayed at the Home Wood Suites and that was what I expected. It was downhill from that; they did not honor my reservation even though I had a copy of my confirmation.

The room was not very clean. Had a kitchen with only a cutting board. No cup plate or fork. Even at front desk. Pillows were not the best and 2 towels, one wash cloth. That’s it! Not what I expected from this brand

The Staf don’t change the towells, the sheets, just a little soap for three days, paper toilet insuffisant, no cleanning the room, i stayed friday, saturday and sunday and did’nt see people doing that.

This is more of a work hotel and not so of a family weekend stay. There are no curtains, the shades are not fitted so light come in, not the cleanliness, smells when you walk in, good for pets. Also the A/C was good. The “blanket” is more of a sheet and the pillows are flat flat.

The room was very spacious and had a comfortable full size bed.

Hotel was not clean , no towls in the room , ac was not working right ,front desk was slow and new ?? Nothing like on pictures. Will never stay there again.

I liked that is was nice and spacious in the room and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Where do I start? I had two rooms, and both rooms were disgusting. The bathroom toilet was clogged for the 4 day in the hotel. the floors looked awful in both the odor hit you in the lobby and it followed you throughout the entire building. I was so scared the hold time I was there

Sign at check in says property is currently undergoing renovations. Interior of the building has a smell to it. Deep cleaning should help with that. Room did smell the same as downstairs interior. Outlet cover was missing in bathroom. Did see live cockroach on fridge door seal when I opened fridge to put my sodas in.

This property was dirty. It was stinky. There were cockroaches everywhere. The shower didn’t work and there were signs everywhere that said No Smoking, yet it smelled like cigarettes and there were ash trays in the room.

Cause’s everything was perfect

There was no registration clerk for about 30-35 minutes. I have to call the hotline to report that no one was at the desk. I was placed on hold for more than 7 minutes. I have to re- dial the hotline, I have to call the hotel number. I spoke to hotel clerk and he said he was on his way but it took another 5-8 minutes The door behind the front desk was wide open and it is showing the dirty laundry linens to be washed. It is disappointing to see how disorganize behind the front door. I was ready to leave but I already prepaid my stay. The clerk lied to the hotline person and I heard him say”it is not true, she is right here”. I know he was referring to me. There were other guests behind me also waiting to check in. Actually when I was coming in to the building, there were 4 guys already at the front office waiting to check in but because there was no one there they left. When the office clerk arrive, I asked him if he was the only one working and he said “yes, and the National guards are coming tomorrow”. I don’t feel comfortable recommending this place to others as I don’t want them to experience what I had experienced. Actually, the price is not comparable to other hotels, especially the check in service and the office presentation.

Check-in took about 30-40 minutes. No one is ever at the front desk. The whole place smelled like smoke, hallways, elevator and the room. Cars kept stopping by the front of the hotel to drop off stuff or pick up people. Don’t take your family there. Not safe.
