Nice pool. Very nice, quiet, clean and convenient to local shops. Wish the room had a table for eating in room and some hooks in the bathroom for towels and toiletry bags. Other than that great place!!!

Dated property, room smelled and bathroom was dirty. Lots of noise from work outside and other rooms. Great location and pool was nice and warm.

Do not stay in room 215

It was very convenient to downtown and the beach, all within walking distance which we loved. Downside was a very small room, tiny bathroom with tub not draining well and basically a parking lot view. Breakfast was very basic and not too good. Pretty expensive for what we got but I guess the location makes up the difference.

We have stayed here several times and never been disappointed

It was a lovely property! I think the complimentary breakfast could have been better. Loved the area surrounding the property. Lots of shopping and felt very safe.

Amazing location

This is a property we have stayed at repeatedly since 1994. It is always fun and welcoming. We have seen multiple changes in ownership. The front desk was very hospitable. Our first night we arrived late and the hostess at the restaurant was not at all accommodating. Unfortunate. Housekeeping was on and off. But overall, it was a nice stay.

This is a very nice facility in a perfect location. Our Jr. suite was on the 3rd floor and near the elevator. It had everything we expected in a room that costs more than $1,000.00 per night except convenient WiFi. We got off to a bad start when I had to spend more than 2 hours connecting to the "free" WiFi. Their system requires the guest to enter lots of personal information and hit submit. It then requires the guest to make a decision if advertisements and offers can be sent and then hit submit, Then it requires the guest to accept terms and hit submit. Finally the guest has 5 minutes to check email and confirm registration. But I had already provided all my personal information at the front desk at check in. Still no WiFi. In our room each submit was followed by more than a minute waiting for the response. So about 5 minutes for 3 submits. If the email did not come in 5 minutes and they often do not, then the process had to be repeated. I did that 6 times and we went to dinner. Later in the lobby the signal was stronger and I was able to get connected after only a few tries. But each day the process needed to be repeated. I wonder what is wrong with all the information being sent in one submit? And why not just require last name and room number like every other facility around the world?

We had a wonderful stay at Wayside Inn. The service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful and the dining extraordinary! Highly recommend this hotel!

I was a little embarrassed to treat my in-laws to a stay here. I don’t know about their room, but ours had a stained ceiling and not a fully vacuumed carpet. The bathroom was very small and not maintained well. It was disappointing for over $400 a night on a weekday.

Great staff especially Elise at the front desk. It was nice to have the continental breakfast if we wanted to. The bar & restaurant were wonderful (including bartenders Alex and Bob)! Room was clean and nicely appointed. The location was superb, right on Main Street with shops all around. We will definitely return!!

Good location

Nice stay at the Chatham Wayside Inn! Comfortable, quiet, clean rooms and amenities. Lots of little stores to visit for all kinds of things as well as good dining options all within a few minutes walk. Might make this a yearly visit here actually! I also like that we can drive anywhere on the Cape in under in hour (at least for time we went in late May).

Stayed at this convenient and lovely inn for two nights while attending a wedding nearby. Comfortable rooms, large bath with nice amenities, conveniently located in center of Chatham - close to many restaurants and stores. Free parking, while sometimes a bit chaotic, was a plus. Free continental breakfast was nice.

The young woman at check in was annoyed that Expedia double booked the room, not me. She took it out on me was annoyed with me the entire stay. The rest of the staff was pleasant. Especially the women who tended to the breakfast, they would say hello and tell me to have a nice day and i reciprocated.

I didn’t like the hidden fees

The two ladies at the desk tried to give me the worst room in the place. Next to the street and the driveway. Even though I a reserved King. I can only imagine what a regular room would have been like since the one they tried to give should have been a utility closet! Way over priced and terrible guest service

The property was in a good location. One of the reasons why we stayed here was because breakfast was included. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was horrible. If anyone is health conscience, there are not options. We stayed at the Old Harbor Inn a few years ago and the breakfast was fantastic..

Nice place

A great to stay for our first time in Chatham. Very convenient to the town and surrounding sites. Breakfast was simple but perfect. Joe and Elena at the restaurant bar were awesome! The new restaurant is beautiful!
