Within walking distance to trains buses and Chinatown great location

Yokohama Chinatown is 3 blocks away as is the international cruise terminal. A 6 person taxi van costs Yen$385,000 with the eroad fees and service fees. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are fine

Overall it is very good. Good for short time stays.

Perfect location, close to the port and just a short walk from Chinatown which has great restaurants and stores. I would definitely return and stay here again.

Nice place. Could use better cleaning in rooms though. Breakfast buffet was really good. The smoking booth was small and hot, vaping in it wasn’t great with all the cigarette smokers. Staff was helpful and kind.

It is convenient to the cruise terminal and I can walk to this hotel after disembarking from the ship.

Very nice hotel, large rooms, nice bath, good service, breakfast was fantastic- so many different kinds of fresh food including traditional Japanese and American. Only concern is rooms smelled like smoke and unclear why since we all had non-smoking rooms.

Great hotel near Bay Stars stadium. It's right next to the metro for convenient transportation and walkable distance to a bunch of shopping. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Yokohama again mainly because it's a decent distance from the busy areas of Yokohama and really close to the pier.

Very close to Chinatown for good food and close to Port for entry to cruise ship.

Great location and reasonably priced

It was a fairly good hotel with grammar location near Chinatown, however, upon arrival, we were informed that on one of the days we would have to be out of the hotel from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm due to the electricity being shut down for repairs. No lights, outlets, elevators etc. no offer of reimbursement. To top it off, a typhoon hit right during that time so you could not go sightseeing. Nowhere to stay during a typhoon! Repairs should have been postponed during that severe of weather for the guest sake. Could have been a nice stay but turned into a nightmare

We found this property less than similar in the area, also dated and not well maintained. Price was way more than comparable

The room is nice, but TV has no English Channel, only Japanese. The breakfast is great.

The hotel is close to the cruise terminal and Chinatown with lots of eateries! Public transportation was close by. Staff were friendly and welcoming even though English speaking was not their forte! Room was small but adequate and clean! Overall, a very nice stay and we'll definitely stay here again if we ever cruise out of Yokohama!

The hotel is close to Yokohama Chinatown. We had wanted to visit the Cup Noodles Museum but we didn't have time.

Hotel room and twin beds are bigger. But staff barely speak English. Not good when asked about directions because of language barrier, not much help

Great, affordable stay. Clean rooms (could be a bit larger) and very good breakfast at Silk restaurant. Close to everything. Recommended!

Good place

The staff was great, they very kindly let us store our suitcases authorities them on our last day before we had tu go to the airport. The beds comfortable and clean, and they had a mixed charging port for anyone that needed it in the room. There was a little scuffing on the walls from prior occupants suitcases, making the room look just a bit dingy or dirty on the wall but I feel nitpicking even mentioning it.

While this hotel is a higher hotel class, I felt that staff was not as friendly as other more basic hotels that we were at.

Internet connection is spotty with high latency. Wouldn't recommend for important business work trip. Room is bright with big window. Room is big enough size with nice size closet to hang clothes. Bed and pillow can be better.
