Hotel was okay. But tired and slow lifts but not a major problem.
Sound proofing was good in that I could not hear any other guests, but not great when it came to traffic noise.

Our stay was good; rooms were well maintained and the kitchen had most of the necessary amenities.
Unfortunately, there was a bad stench that was coming from the common toilet/bathroom.

We didn’t notice it on 1st day but when you come back to the room there is a smell that’s apparent in the front room where kitchen/living room is. Then smell becomes unnoticeable. It’s not apparent in the bedroom side. Cleaning staff was fine but noticed there was a disposable toothbrush kit toothpaste recap under the new items on the tray. It would be nice to have face towels instead of just 2 bath towels. Filtered water in kitchen for drinking is great

I tried to change my booking several days in advance until it was no longer possible. So I had to stay in another hotel and only spend one night there. Two cockroaches were found in the kitchen, and a cotton swab was left on the carpet—very disappointed this time.

Property is dated, reception is clueless, reservations made months in adv but put us on diff floors. Almost charged me twice for tourism tax until I showed bank charge earlier. Not worth it…

The hotel as an apartment is good and had a lovely massage . The area where it really lets itself down is the breakfast . we ate there the first morning and everything is below standard including coffee which you have to pay for espresso and they don't taste nice . we did not complain but ate at Gravy Baby so don't book breakfast . PS other guests have said the same to me

Rooms are well kept and very clean. Very good sized room as well. Great location and easy 10 min to Pavillion on the walkway or 2 min to the Petronius towers.

I always use this hotel due its priviliged location, unfortunately this time, the room smelt like tabacco and both phones were not working.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was ok, not much information about the hotel's facilities and services. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided in the room were of high quality. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city.
The buffet breakfast at the hotel was really bad, with no food display and very limited. Overall, my stay at the Ascott Hotel was good. Rating 5/3

The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was close to the KLCC Park and nightly water show. Walking distance to the Petronis Towers. Aquarium was walking. Also the hop on and off bus has 2 stops close to the hotel.

Great time in Ascott. Perfect for a family with young kids. Excellent location and a 3 mins walk to KLCC. Thank you so much to Widya for making our stay amazing - we had a slight issue and Widya resolved the problem immediately.

The room was comfortable, the gym was excellent, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location was ideal for access to the Convention Center, Petronas Twin Towers and other center city attractions. The breakfast at the adjacent Bodega was somewhat limited, but the staff were accommodating.

The property is not well maintained, we had issues with the aircon and was super warm and though they sent their staff trying to fix it, it didn’t help at all and they didn’t even entertain our request changing the room. The room over all sure it was spacious, but nothing special. The pool area was just mediocre, it’s not staffed, and the ambience felt like a condominium pool. Do not recommend.

If you're organizing an airport pickup for a large group, go with double what you think you need. We were 10 adults and the sent a van we crammed into that barely fit us and our luggage.
Wifi in the rooms, gym, and pool was spotty at best and only really worked in the lobby. No lobby bathrooms.

We really love the apartment as it’s fully equipped. There’s an oven, a toaster, big fridge, they even have a separate tap just for drinking water. Toilet is huge and very clean. The room is very spacious for our 2 toddlers to roam around. The receptionist. Puteri, is very friendly. Will definitely stay here again for future KL trip.

Overall ok. Good location and property was clean and well maintained. Great gym and pool. A few things to work on. Parking should be complementary per what was advertised, assistance with bags was slow/did not happen on checkout.

It will be better to have a proper dining area/restaurant to serve breakfast or dine in considering the brand that you are carrying. We do understand that at the moment we have just begun life back to normal after the hard times of COVID. We don't mind to come back to Ascott Kuala Lumpur due to its convenient location to other attractive areas.
