5 star experience all around!

This is by far the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Everyone was kind and attentive. The rooms were perfect, the view was perfect, nothing negative to say about this resort. If you ever get a chance to stay here, do it, you will not regret it. You could stay on the resort for a weekend and not get bored.

Our Stay was fabulous, as usual, my family’s favorite place to go to relax and feel completely comfortable and taken care of. Ricardo was particularly amazing. Thank you for a great stay and wonderful memories!

True five star property!

The place is top notch at every aspect.my wife lost her hat and the Bellman Kevin, went and bought her a new hat and presented it with balloons to turn a sad experience to a memorable happy experience. The place is just amazing.

We have traveled all over the Caribbean and this hotel is at the top of the list. Stayed in room 214 and the beach was within feet of our back door. Staff upgraded us to the lower level unit which has a pool. Great pool in the unit with a bench that you could sit in. The resort has a very high staff-to-guest ratio and they are on top of things. Pool staff manager was extremely hard working and took time to chat which we appreciated. We enjoyed the restaurants but kept going back to Positivo. Incredible view at sunset and open to the beach. The bar staff was the best. Special thanks to Karla (with a K), Walter, and Chuckie (AKA Angel). We appreciate you. They kept us coming back and the bill upon checkout reflected it. Scheduled the Omakase Dinner with Sergio. He delivered. Incredible experience. Ride the bikes through the neighborhoods and around the golf course. Explore what the community has to offer. TPC golf course on site and the food at the clubhouse was very good. Beautiful course and nice clubhouse.

We stayed here for 5 days to celebrate my birthday and it was a dream. It is beyond beautiful and the staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and just great! I highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful Property, Amazing views! Loved every minute out there. Would have loved it more if the activities were included in the package, would have made the Stay more worth the amount.

The set-up is breathtaking, they've done such a brilliant job designing this thing. But the awful failures in so many aspects of the service had made it a very disappointing vacation. When you pay 2200 USD per night it's outrageous to suffer from such unprofessional errors and disrespect. Also, get ready to wait 60 min for food at breakfast, after waiting 20 min for a table. Or ask for a pillow at 3pm and get it after 10pm when you already have a do not disturb sign on the door etc. When your internet and tv don't work in the room after 5pm there's no IT person to fix it. The 'butler' team is awesome and wonderful, it's not their fault. Theres' a lack of mid-executives. Also, there are some policy issues: why, for example, send security guards to the pool and hot tub to force people out at 7pm, why not allowing a dip after 7pm? Get ready to ask for each item 3 times before you'll get it, and pay 500$ for a pcr test if you need one. I was expecting more, and the service problems had made it hard to relax, yet the property is heaven. The plunge pool water front suits are beautiful. The east beach is more quiet, which was great for us.

This resort is simply fabulous! The rooms, the pool, and the beach are all awesome. Spa Botanico is also fantastic...worth every penny. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The service was not exactly Ritz level but I am chalking that up to all of the COVID restrictions being mandated by the government. WE WILL BE BACK!
