Breakfast very rich and various. The sauna and teh pool on teh last floor was a great relaxing time after the full job day.

Good for Business hotel, breakfast menu changed every day and taste also nice. Room condition is general but only have small trouble for draining water during my staying.

Fantastic breakfast. Only problem was construction prevented access to hotel on one side. We navigated to other side. Sure this is temporary and beyond hotel’s control.

This is not a spa hotel. Sauna with huge window was very nice but only a little hot tub on the roof.
The gym was good with lot of space and decent equipment.

We had one night here after flying in to Brno.
We arrived around 1030 and were able to check in straight away.
Parking is free.
The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the room very quiet.
Its around 15 mins from the centre by tram, or 40 minutes on foot.
The breakfast was really good, plenty if choice.
All the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly.

Nice place to stop for one night. Hotel seemed to have several amenities that we didn't have a chance to use. Lovely breakfast spread!

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the value for money. We needed one night stopover and this hotel offered everything we needed hassle free parking comfortable beds, restaurant on site and room service. All the staff of the hotel is very pleasant and helpful. I will not hesitate to stay here again and hopefully will have time to use spa facilities next time.

Reception was very helpful. Even thought it was Christmas Day, she helped find a restaurant that was open, gave great directions.
The hotel has large, comfortable rooms and a great gym and wellness center with cardio, weights, sauna and jacuzzi.

Really happy with the location and really overall good hotel, and bowling available at the property

The bedroom was decently decorated, well furnished (including good AC), and clean. The bathroom was bit aging, and adequately clean (not impeccable though).
Helpful and kind staff. Location on the edge of the city center (5-10 minutes by tram). Breakfast appropriate for the standard.
Generally a slightly cheaper and slightly less luxurious alternative to the four-star hotels directly in the center, retaining good price/quality value.

Spa & wellness is opened only after 2 pm, bowling in the afternoon. There is no way to use any hotel facilities in the mornings. Wi-fi was supposed to free but there was no range in the room.

As it was just a staying in my way back home from holidays I didn't expect any specials. Hotel is large enough with nice roof spa 😁. Very good breakfasts and car parking free of charge.

The staff was great and the room was ok, although the bed was quite uncomfortable. The dining room had awesome food. Parking was onsite and very easy. My only really complaint was that we could not use the steam room. Once we arrived the front desk explained that we needed to reserve the steam room in advance. I had never heard of such a thing ar a hotel. Very disappointing.

The check-in proves was atrocious. They needed a voucher. We didn’t have a voucher. They wouldn’t let us through... in the end I had to email them screenshots of my Expedia booking.

The spa was amazing on the roof top. It had a mood, everything looks new and the lady there was kind and helpful. Anyway all the staff were very helpful in this hotel.

Did not have a friendly welcome on arrival. Found the hotel dated. Had evening meals at hotel as it was not in the centre and food was poor and tastless. Was disappointed with breakfast. Overall not a good experience.

The hotel staffs were very very kind. Our car battery was out because my husband forgot to turn off the light and they did their best to help us. They even borrow a cable form near shop and charge the battery because their cable didn't work. And one staff used his own Tico car to help us. They spend a lot of time and effort to heip us. I want to say thank you very very much to the staffs who helped us that day. Thank you again.

Need to be vacuumed every day, replacing used glasses, etc. Sheets are not replaced every day but after 3 days stay. An excellent fitness center and jacuzzi.
