This was my 2nd visit to this location. It was very Hollywood nostalgic and fun. The customer service was great. I had a small issue with my bathroom light at night and they were on it right away and got things taken care of quickly. It was a good sized room and the pillows and bed were comfortable, both of which are very important to me. It is very good price wise and the location was perfect for where I needed to be. I’ll be back again!

We arrived at about 10 at night and checked in. The staff was pleasant although the individual at check-in could use some improvement in her customer service skills. When we got to the room, it STUNK LIKE AN OLD LAS VEGAS ASH TRAY. They new this, because they left the windows open trying to air it out and when I spoke to the cleaning staff in the morning, she said she knew about it but couldn't do anything--go talk to the office. I did go to the office and the response was "why didn't you say something last night." (I didn't because I had a sleeping 8 year old that was already grumpy and we just needed to get to bed after driving for 5 hours). Then I was told that the front desk person could do anything that I'd have to talk to the manager (who wasn't there) and wouldn't be in until 10 am the next morning. I explained that their cleaning staff was well aware of this issue and the front desk person just threw up his hands and said you need to talk to the manager. In addition to the STINK of CIGARETTES: 1) There was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom; 2) There was a sewer line cleanout drain literally IN THE BATHROOM; 3) The "smart" TV was not connected to the wifi; 4) The TV was not plugged in when we arrived; 5) The plug behind the TV (to plug in the TV) was coming out of the wall; 6) The room safe was broken and non-functional; 7) Only one of the four bedside lamps worked and 8) There was a cricket in the wall between our bathroom and the next room.

This was just crazy . I booked this trip as a small get away with two friends. Tuesday 11/19 check in & Thursday 11/21 check out . upon arrival i was instantly greeted with an unwelcoming encounter with the front desk agent who had attitude & took my card & ID to the back for over 5 minutes. after walking around looking for a room that didn’t exist i was told the agent said & wrote the wrong number and gave me the correct one . once i got to the room i was instantly greeted with the wall that looked like they look nickelodeon slime and dumped all over, hair on the pillows and sheets , stains on the chair , bugs in the shower , stained towels , blood spots next to the toilet, we ended up buying trash bags to tie on our feet while we shower , air dried, and bought clorox wipes and wiped the entire room down as well as slept above the sheets cocooned in our own blankets. also , there’s a 1/2 inch crack in the door that makes it look like heaven is outside the door long story short , extremely rude staff , disgusting rooms , smashed rats on the side walk , weird, unsafe yet unusually busy area, .5/10 i wouldn’t recommend, only good thing was the food stepping the corner “the corner” and the mattresses were decent .

Broken ice machine. Broken tv. Mini fridge ran warm. No microwave. Parking was very tight. Shampoo container was empty

Room needed a chair or luggage stand; somewhere to put suitcase other than floor. Room was comfortable but too much light outside, leaking in around curtains made it hard to sleep.

The photos on hotels.com showed a completely different room then we had. The shower water smelled like sulfur. The curtains were dirty with stains. There were two spiders in the room. One of the spiders was dead inside the bed. Room did not have a microwave. You have to go to the front desk in a separate building to use the microwave. Smoking area not well kept next to a dumpster. There was a fee for parking and $100 deposit which were not stated in the information when I booked the room. Shower seals were crack and dirty. One beside laps did. It work. Towels were extremely small, suitable for children but not average sized adults. Wall underneath tv had paint torn away. Chairs were beat up. Door was not level with the ground, hard to close and there was a gap in the seal, you could see the light coming in from inside and outside.

Television not work. Occupant directly below me was smoking weed out front.

Had to leave after checking in to find a new hotel. There were "interesting" individuals hanging around the parking lot and looking into cars. When we got into the room, it smelled like bleach and urine. We left for a few hours and when it came back it just smelled like a mens urinal. The floor was sticky and there was mold in the shower grout. I wasnt expecting a lot but still wanted it to be clean and comfortable of which they were not. The front desk attendant was cordial and offered to speak with mgmt regarding our experience.
