Unfortunately the elevator was out and I just had surgery on my foot so I had to go up 2 flights of stairs. Then when I got to the room there was no remote for the tv. However it was clean and the bed was nice

Received a cancellation call during the 7 hour drive to hotel, had to demand the reservation be un-canceled. Elevators were non-functional, and based on signage in the stairwell lilely haven't worked in quite awhile. Bathroom ceiling in disrepair from leak in room above. Pros - close to Williams Bryce stadium, price.

Travelled from MD for a.work trip. Called 10 times before arriving to let them know of late check in NO ANSWER. Pulled up after midnight on Oct 4th. 2024 to a locked lobby door. Elevators broken with signs along with motivational quotes taped to the hallway to help with the hike. Got in my room (had a musty smell) 3 lamps 1 bulb. Had a plastic bag holding up my shower head. Dirty ironing board no iron. Called from the room for bulbs an iron and fix shower head. Got no assistance. Remote had tape on the back of it. Room key didn't work after 1st night had to get 2 new ones. Had to tough it out due to the hurricane and football games causing room shortages. Then when called and requested refund was offered $50 after 48 min phone call and supervisor Nefi. Safe to say my days utilizing this platform are over.

Wow. This place needs some help.

This place is a dump. Elevator was not working. The building smells. During check, a roach ran across the lobby floor. During check in the desk clerk couldn’t open the room doors. The hotel looks very unsafe and dirty. After being at the hotels for only 15mins, I canceled my stay. The pictures provided on hotels.com definitely misrepresent the real conditions of the hotel.

Hotel/hotel.com took money but did not have rooms. Working to obtain refund. All in light of hurricane Helene. Can’t review where I didn’t stay.

We did not stay. It was dirty. The pictures were definitely not the same as the website. AC had a leak. Tried to get a refund and the manager refused. If you are going to advertise a place to stay at least have updated pictures.

Need my money back

I didn't like that pictures of property were misleading. The lobby was small, dated there were no options for purchasing small snacks or water. The hallway was warm ac in the room loud , the bathroom toilet or sink kept making drainage sounds all night. The over power smell of cleaning products bkeach at night and fabulose in the day.

It was ok! The front desk person seemed a bit overwhelmed and not sure of what he was doing but he was friendly!

The pictures are fake. This property is covered in black mold. The sheet rock and paint over shower was peeling and flacking off shower mold. Head board was covered in last occupants hand prints.

Rooms were not ready at the time of check in. Rooms were not properly clean even after switching rooms. First room smelled like smoke sprayed over and the second room killed dead bugs on the bathroom walls, towels with what looked like blood stains and bed under sheets that were stained brown. The lobby and shared corridors were in disrepair and not cleaned properly.

Unfortunately this place fell off quickly. Stayed twice last year and it was absolutely fine. This year it smelled, was not very clean and they didn’t offer the breakfast as they did before. Probably won’t stay here again.

First we got sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. Then we got sent to a room that had a TV that had been broken off the stand and the fridge didn’t work. Then we got sent to a room with no window shades so we were all awake by 4 a.m. Also, a group of people knocked on our door after 10 p.m. saying that they were supposed to be staying in our room. Then guest services came to our door saying they had no record of us checking in. Also, the common areas and outside of the property are run down and not that clean.

How does this even have 7/10 Stars???? The entire building smiles like a 1970s smoking parlor. The floor is so dirty you can see nail clippings and body hairs everywhere. Linens dirty. MOLD EVERYWHERE. EVen the staff admitted and agreed the condition of the building is unfit. I truly feel like I was catfished by the Expedia listing. Shower was so gross and filthy we could not use it. Hallway floor was covered in debris. I asked for new clean linens and they said they didn’t have any clean!!!!!

King room wasn’t cleaned, bed looked used and was dirty. Moved to another room with 2 queens and found 1 bed with bugs and dirty sheets. The other bed had stained sheets. Dirty pillow stuffed in the corner of the room in the floor. Toilet paper not on holder and overall cleanliness very poor. Halls dirty and dim light. Did not feel safe

Cleanliness was an issue, place was dirty and maintenance was poor.

Unhappy with my stay. Had to switch rooms 2 times and couldn’t get a room key also.

I travel all over and have never left a place I already paid for until now..

This property was absolutely disgusting!!! Filthy dirty and we felt unsafe in the area. We actually did not stay the second noght and rebooked elsewhere. If I had been able to find availability the first night, we would not have stayed at all.

The conditions of the hotel were so bad I did not stay at the facility. The pictures posted on Hotels.com were not representative of the condition of the hotel and I believe I should receive a refund. The air conditioning in the room was not working, the temperature was over 80 degrees . She shower was broke and the room was not clean. Towels were stained and the shower had not been cleaned in a while.

Bedsheets were dirty, you could see the stains from the door. Television didn't work and air conditioner was taken apart and left disassembled in the floor.

I stayed on my own and only needed it to sleep, so I was OK. This is not a family or couples weekend get away.

Close to stadium a bonus

Older hotel with renovations in the rooms. Staff was friendly.

The information said it was close to the university (within walking distance) but it was not.

this place was a joke no vending machines no breakfast no pods in the room for the coffee maker i asked for them so i could have a cup of coffee and they said they was 3$ each the ac unit was a window unit didnt cool down at all the place was dirty nothing like the photos at all the out side was nasty old furniture was every where trash was all over the place i dont recomend this place to anyone

Images do not accurately depict this place. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The carpet had stains all over it, the AC made noises, and the bathroom was not clean. The room came with a coffee maker but did not supply pods. The area around the hotel was sketchy, but it was near lots of restaurants and night life.

Great hospitality

The location was fine. The room was poorly kept. Missing items: tv remote, working telephone (absolutely no cords or cables), had to request towels, mattress slides all over the place, missing rod on which to hang clothes.
