Easy on/off from the highway. Better than average breakfast buffet. Very pleasant staff.
The property was rather shabby, although I got the impression they were sprucing it up.

The breakfast was amazing, hot items were hot, very plentiful.
They were redecorating, but not a problem. The room potty was sooo low to the floor, not convenient for handicapped.

Variety of breakfast foods. Very good customer service. Relatively clean property even though in an active construction project.
The Pool would need more updating. Weights in the fitness center. Bacon on some of the days 😁

The water was out the whole evening and night we stayed. Initially they told us 3 hours and it would be fixed. That was at 7:30pm. We left at 8:30am, still no water. We were told we couldn't get a refund because "it's the city's fault, not the hotel's fault". We could not bathe, flush toilets, brush our teeth, NOTHING. The attendant told me we "just need to be patient".

The location is great for the midnight flights and it is easy to get to from the airport.
The facility is under construction and the room we had had a few issues. If customers are put in the rooms that need renovated while other are in the remodeled ones then there should be some sort of compensation.

Excellent, clean, well maintained and staffed.
A huge crack in the mirror! Needs some remodeling but they are in the process right now.

Great staff rooms were comfortable breakfast was good OVERALL good
The temperatures in the hallways were really stuffy and when i was downtairs eating it was hot in lobby. The water pressure wasn't great but that didn't make my stay that much less pleasant.

Close to the highway. Close to the airport. It was ok for what I used it for.
The bathroom was awful and the hot water was more like warm. There was only one little garbage can with no liner.

The staff was friendly and the front desk went out of her way to accommodate our stay since booking.com didn’t reserve our room for us.
The breakfast really didn’t have a very good selection and the yogurt was not in individual containers, which is unsanitary to me. It looked watery because it had been sitting out.
