Hotel extended my late leave to 4pm

Everything was good. Booked thru Expedia. Restaurant staff told us breakfast was included,but reception desk tried charging. We had to ask for manager to decide and he finally waived b/f charges. Needs better communication

Good location and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is quite good.

Staff are nice

Great central location and comfortable stay however room was small, carpets were dirty, towels were very old or of poor quality. Trash can did not open. Staff was courteous and helpful however the overall experience was not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel so I was surprised they have that rating.

Located at the outer ring road this hotel is equidistant from all the major locations. I liked my stay in the hotel

The Radisson Blu Outer Ring Road does not offer the same benefits as other five star hotels in Bengaluru. The overall feeling is quite underwhelming.

Staff and hotel itself was OK but carpet of room has some stains and surrounding was not pleasant

Staff wasn’t very coordinating. Terrible experience at morning breakfast- felt like street chaos with handful of staff trying to cover up. They would listen to you but never action unless you remind them 5 times. Room was just ok with small bathroom. Minimum amenities.

The service was very poor. The person did not respond with respect. When you're in a service industry, the way you treat the customers is important. Especially for Radisson Blu standards. Very disappointed in the way the check in process and reception service was handled.

I had an amazing stay at Radisson for my recent Bangalore Business trip. Some of the highlights:- Free two way office drop off: super helpful for bad traffic- Ample sofa space on Floor 1 to host team for informal meeting and snacks- Great internal restaurants- Great breakfast- Rooms were professional with all amenities- I was greeted by their Marketing/Sales manager once who was very interested to learn that I am starting an office in Bangalore and might be a frequent visitor. She gave her card and asked me to connect with her for long term rates and privileges.

Very clean, great breakfast. The business rooms include two pieces of laundry per day. Did I mention the breakfast was amazing? Good selection of global foods.

I have traveled USA to India on 10 business trips. Whether for business, pleasure, or both, you cant go wrong at this Radisson Blu hotel. Even if youre not a breakfast person, this hotel will pamper you with anything you care to eat until 10:30am, with a massive buffet of every selection you would ever want. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is attentive to your every need. If you were responsible to design the guest experience for a hotel chain, theres would be the model. I cannot imagine a guest would ever be disappointed staying here. Reviewed 2019 November.

The restaurants in the hotel are very good, and serve a mix of Indian, North West Frontier Indian, pan Asian, Moroccan steak/grill depending on which one you go to. I didn't get a chance to use the gym, spa or pool but the rest of the hotel suggests they would also be of very good quality. One thing that was quite annoying were power cuts in the evening. While core function circuits like the lifts (and, amusingly, wifi) remain operational there were several outages of other circuits, including lighting, room power and so on. The impression I got from the staff was that this was a common occurrence, and indeed, there were a few on consecutive nights. They would only last about 30 seconds or so, but still pretty annoying. Other than that, the hotel was fine and seems to be among the better choices in the area. The surrounding area, there isn't really much to speak of; it's a chaotic road which serves the tech hub offices and isn't the sort of place you would wander around exploring - if you want to go into Bangalore itself it's quite a way in a cab.

This is a very nice hotel - tastefully decorated with warm, friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and confortable with plenty of amenities. The food in all the restaurants is also amazing. And, I can honestly say this hotel is immaculately clean and well maintained. One of the best properties I have ever stayed at.
