Due to a cancelled flight I stayed overnight at the Madrid Hilton Hotel and it was very comfortable and the steak in the restaurant was excellent.

Normal hotel room, nice bathroom but glass doors didn’t shut properly. Asked for a pint of Spanish lager was given Madri brewed in Yorkshire I believe and charged 10e for the pleasure. The hotel is quite a walk to tube station and not a lot close by.

Upon arrival the property seemed modern and updated, but as I got to the room I was a little disappointed. The light switches in the room did not work properly, there were body hairs in the bed, and it was very noisy as it’s situated by a big main road. The staff however were so lovely and helpful, and the room service, although very expensive, was delicious.

Very good location. Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Service dogs accepted with no extra fees is an important thing in Spain.
Highly recommend to all travelers this property. 15 min drive to the airport. Airport shuttle available with no extra costs.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I loved everything from the minute I walked In. Check in was quick and easy. We arrived 2hrs early and the staff went above and beyond for us to get our rooms. Not many hotels will give you an early check in. I will definitely be back for a future stay. Also. Real Sociedad was staying and the hotel staff was very helpful to allow us to take pictures with the players.

Hotel certainly aging but looks like being renovated. Staff very friendly and good links to airport with free shuttle. Certainly wouldn't want to venture out of the vicinity of hotel as didn't look too safe and wasn't much about. All in all though I had a comfy stay for the 1 night I needed. Parking was expensive if using the underground lot. Was 25 euros a night compared to the Marriott down the road where parking is free when staying at the hotel.

A/C did not work, stained pillowcases, bed sheets were on wrong, had to remake the bed ourselves. Roll out bed for our child was very cheap and fell apart.

Amazing Stay in Madrid!
We had a fantastic 5-day getaway at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the check-in, check-out, and concierge teams. Their English was perfect, which was a huge relief for us as our Spanish is limited.
The breakfast was an absolute delight every morning! The variety of options was impressive, and the staff was attentive. We also appreciated the concierge's guidance on exploring Madrid's attractions.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the shuttle service was a convenient bonus. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool as the hours were a bit short for our preference.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid!

If airport transportation is a consideration for you in choosing this hotel, be warned that it might be a perk of traveling *to* the airport, but I wouldn't recommended it for traveling *from* the airport. After a long international flight I waited outside in the heat for the shuttle - which I was told arrived every 30 minutes - for close to an hour. It was long enough to see the shuttles for other hotels arrive twice, and each time I wished I was staying at one of those other hotels. When I reached out to hotel staff for an updated arrival time I was given a terse and somewhat rude response. Other than that the hotel is fine - large rooms, comfy beds, terribly overpriced restaurants.

The riom was fantastic and close to the airport. The downside was we were never able to get the room to cool off. Our second room didnt have this issue.
